Great experience, professional structured delivering quality product on time.

Great experience, professional structured delivering quality product on time. Working with the people whom all have the sqme goal and objective, makes it relative easy to stay focussed on the job itself.

Pros: Great experience, professional structured delivering quality product on time.
Cons: Company policy has changed alot, and having different visions in management objectives, add no vertical communication, and instant clash everytime

Cross border experience

I am a 27 year old construction manager at Africa's largest construction company. I have vast experience cross border, and I am looking to use my knowledge in the project management field. However, I am also willing to stay in the construction management field. I am willing to travel all over Africa as well. I have managed site of 500+ staff, and projects over R900 000 000 . I am looking for the next adventure.

Contract expired

We were multi racial team meats with different views sometimes worked as a team sometime failed to do so due to lack of understanding and experiences of different cultural groups. But each one teaches one the possibility to good in different field of work

Excellent

WBHO Building construction company that have given me the opportunity to build my career from the occupational health and safety point of view. Support had alwady been offered mostly from our safety managers especially when the site managers seemed to disagree with us in a way. Growth is something that WBHO as a company is trying by all means to grant employees .
