Excellent learning curve

It is well structured with a clear line of what is expected from you. Assistance is given when you have exhausted all other options at your disposal. You are required to out perform and shine at all times and put in as much effort as possible to ensure that the site is running smoothly with little to none issue with an exception of late information and unforeseen circumstances. The one noticeable thing with this company is the emphasis on quality and SHEQ systems that have been put into place by top management – these systems are not to be altered by any means but to be followed religiously. Overall it is a great company to work for if you are willing to learn and are able to adopt easily into the different working culture and the routine of things that you have to follow daily

Pros: Great exposure to brilliant projects and being challenged to not remain in your comfort zone but to work hard for what you want

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working with subcontractors, and with my superiors.we treaTed very well. the most challengeable time is when we having inspections and handover.we are working long hours when we are there is inspection.

It's a fruitful endeavour with WBHO, there's a lot to learn

There is alot to learn in daily basis o onsite . A culture of a friendly relationship with coworker is encouraged and is practiced, braai Fridays are meant to ensure and enhance a friendly relationship with eachother. Daily tasks are monitored by engineers to make sure that the project is finished on-time and within budget. I have learnt that above just constructing buildings and civil infrastructure, construction is a business. Site technical abilities like studying drawing, solving problems onsite and applying my engineering capabilities to resolve issues onsite, working with people as a team and lastly but no least organizing my work. I enjoy doing concrete quantities ensuring that no extra concrete is ordered and it's also not less. The challenging thing about the job is that we work on the sun and underpressure which is not a problem if you can adjust

Excellent person and knowledge growth

Early morning meetings with full day of challenges. Good relationship with people i work with. Have learnt how to work with people and work under pressure. Most challenging aspect is solving 5/6 problems at the same time that is happening at different places and still keep good time management.

Great experience, professional structured delivering quality product on time. Working with the people whom all have the sqme goal and objective, makes it relative easy to stay focussed on the job itself.

Pros: Great experience, professional structured delivering quality product on time.
Cons: Company policy has changed alot, and having different visions in management objectives, add no vertical communication, and instant clash everytime
