Excellent learning curve

Vvm is a very good company wich have tought me alot for the last 6 years.the company and it's management has brought me to where I am.from knowing nothing of call center to being a top collector....I'm an introvert.yes nothing has changed however vvm has even bettered my communication skills my ability to have a beter way to speak and interact with people

Good company

I joined this company 12July 2018, I like working there it's a very eco friendly working environment. We have activities we do occasional, created friends and learnt a lot about customer service and collection because the company mainly deals with debt. Challenges is when KPI are not reached

What it feels like working at VVM

Working at VVM is the best, you learn a lot of new things including typing and Telecommunications skills, as long as you do what is needed from you nothing will go wrong.

Excellent learning curve

Working in a call center environment is great, you talk with different people every day. But the days are never the same.sometimes you meet up with difficult people that can ruin your day.but its a good place to work at

Working Exp

I excelled at IT Technical Support and Networking, eventually am an Intern to ICT Department at Council for Medicals Schemes. Then came a Certificate in IT Technical Support Twice, Still Studying IT System Support NQF L5 with Torque IT.

Excellent learning

My tasks currently consist of: •Keeping track of daily attendance and administering discipline. • Making sure leave forms are sent to payroll. • Filing on share drives and on in-house applications. • Screening potential Debt collection agents. • Interviewing potential Debt collection agents. • In charge of the allocation of lockers for new agents. • Scanning of documents. • Data capture information on spreadsheets. • Dealing with HR related queries that agents have.
