Communication skills

The Company gave me good experience i believe that am ready for any challenge i come across again to their Boot camp. With regards to my experience i can open a lot of doors, I learned a lot hence i can tell you if you wont broke the promise by listening at how you interpret yourself.

i worked at vvm for more than 3 years as debt collector and customer servise and before that i was at jdg as service consult and i worked there for 2 years, i did provide my my fully infomation in my cv and i cn be happy to work with you....

No area of growth, favouritism amongst management and agents,no bonuses or bene

Incosistency of work strategies,unfair treatment of employees, salaries not market related,no benefits and no incentives.friendly,fun and vibrant co-workers.the building is not clean especially rest rooms.

ITC record

Learnt to keep my ITC record good all the time to avoid being blacklisted and be professional when speaking to the client and make decision that will benefit the business.

Learning curve

It is a good learning curve for me as it is my first call Centre experience job. It thought me a lot about collection but there is a room for improvement. The bad day would be when we dailing a campaign that is just not workable. Where you get a lot of unknown debts and dropped calls. That affect your productivity but a good day will be when you making Ptp's. Arranging and getting Rpcs. Hard work is wanted but the shift that we work is not good

Excellent learning curve

Vvm is a very good company wich have tought me alot for the last 6 years.the company and it's management has brought me to where I am.from knowing nothing of call center to being a top collector....I'm an introvert.yes nothing has changed however vvm has even bettered my communication skills my ability to have a beter way to speak and interact with people

Learning experience

Its nice company to teach you values and business ethics. It gives you alot knowledge with regards to debt collections within the retail stores and medical field
