Outstanding working environment

Unisa is the great places to work at. It the best structure and management style. Responsibilities: assisting students, Ad Hoc administrative duties and distribution of documents, Students registrations handling of inquiries. I have good working and relationship with employees. I have learnt how to work in a diverse environment. I enjoy brainstorming and presenting monthly reports. The challenge of the job is the having to work long hours during application periods.

Deal with different people/attitude professional and Work well under pressure

I have learnt a lot work at University of South Africa. It helped me a lot to learn how to deal with different people. Be able to tolerate different people and manage to handle their attitude. I have learnt to cope and deal with different tasks on a daily basis. More especially cope with deadlines or target task. It helped me a lot to manage the stress that came out of my work schedule daily. I learnt to come out with strategies to do well under pressure. And also it helped me to become a team player. Facilitate or take instructions amongst my fellow colleagues. Wich was a great deal of importance getting the work done at the end of the day.

Pros: I was thankful for the opportunity because it helped me. A lot to offer my services to the students who were in need of information. I worked tirelessly close with the students without being stressed or bored by work. Bcz I believed in what I was doing was for a great course.
Cons: I'm target driven working long hours if the expected target is not reached.

UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH AFR

I worked with helping the student to apply for space and student numbers. I help them to understand the qualification of their choice. I helped them to understand what long-distance learning is all about. my coworkers were very helpful and always willing to work as a team. what a enjoyed most was seeing the smile on a student that I just helped. it gave me pleasure and to know how much I changed someone's life and gave them hope in making a difference in their lives.

Pros: working at unisa helped me to have an understanding of how to work with different people and how to deal with their stress and mistrust
Cons: the sad part was that with all that experience we get we are just left outside on our own.
