Great corporate and management exposure

I have a good relationship with all employees, even people out of my departments as this is our companies culture at Philips.My daily duties include working on these KPIs or doing extra projects and work my managers delegate to me. I have learnt many a lot about data analysis, deep diving into problem areas for problem identification and finding solutions The challenging aspects was learning about the company and how this healthcare FM-CG global business works. For customer service, we are required to understand every part of the business from finances, to logistics and engineer dispatching, My current position is very corporate based with a lot of finance, management and analytics, however I would like to see my career as an electrical engineer move towards the technical side where I can apply what I have studied so hard towards in my degree.

Daily review

Working at the company is very taxing and stressful as the hours are long and there is little scope for climbing up the corporate ladder.. however they do make their payments to staff in a timely manner so it is worth it for a temporary job.

Good working environment and technologies. Organisation and paper-work could be simplified and more straight forward. Great working hours with flexibility and good communication between students.
