Good for Building Experience, but not for long term
Working at Truworths has been a good experience. Working in a field were you have to deal with certain individuals (customers) was a new thing for me. But having dealt with individuals (Call Centre) it wasnt that difficult for me as i settled in quickly. Having being there for a year now i feel that i have done all that i can. The are no new challenges as i feel like i can do more. i know theres a lot more i can offer. Thats what i want, a new challenge. And theres the very low salary, I certainly know that im worth more than what i currently earn considering how much effort and hard work i have to put in each day. I enjoy working with my colleagues because their all good people, some have shown me the ropes and given me new experiences. I enjoy helping friendly customers and i think the most hardest thing to come across are difficult customers. Working at Truworths has taught me to be calm as possible. Thats one Skill I'll be taking everywhere else i go.

Willing to learn and share
I work on the floor I help customers with fashion whom ever needs helps am always avail myself to make them feel important in the fashion lifestyle and introduce them to current trending fashion. I love communicating with my colleagues and working together in order to make our working environment lovely and putting the organisation name in fa greater image. One on one issues and handling them well without any kind of superior's assistance and how to sell the product, also offering the company services to the customer on how they benefit. Merchandising my department, keeping it clean and tidy so it can be easier for customers to shop. So far I have no challenges beside wanting to upgrade my position.

Great day at work customer walking out satisfied and have everthing they wanted.bad day is not being able to meet customers needs.tirering is going to work 4 hours a day Less than 25 hours per week

Hard working
Admin duties, receive stock, cashier, dealing with customer requests, merchandise and everyone knew what to do good team spirit , there is no dall moment and we take our jobs seriously, people are there to help each other

Outstanding learning curve.
Working for truworths was the best experience I've ever got,I got to learn how to deal with difficult customers, how to solve queries,how to do banking,how to merchandise,how to process sales,no to give the best customer service,how to help customer with his or hee journey in the shop ,how to increase sales and how to multi task.
Pros: When you work hard you get a reward.
Cons: Long working unpaid hours.

Hard worker who is willing to learn new things
Fast larner who work hard to develop new skills and who always makes time to try new things and study things so that my next employer can trust me with a work load and deliver an excelent feed back

Its a learning curve
I am still a casual but it is a learning curve i would say.and there are not many opportunities that really present themselves to us in that case i would say its not all the time you get an opportunity to apply for a post in the company and you actually get an interview for it so it is tough but a great opportunity to learn responsibility.

Good communication skill
IAM very young vibrant energetic good communication skill.since I started working for truworth 2007 i have expirince how client are very important .I have achieve a lot with the company being cited by Outstanding costomer service by Truworths ceo was wonderful I will love to work for your company bring a very good costomer service inviroment and iam willing to learn from others. The most chalenging about the my job is when I have to make a client about our police and procedure that we need to follow.

Am a person who work Hard and get satetion for conpany
am a person who is deligated to the work .l train staff l do workshops l come out with the good results when it comes to store visits.l a person when the is the buyers in shop am the one who is taking them through.l mak sure always the store is visual appealing l merchandise l follow the store layout l do that to attract the custormers to mak them wanna come back more couse the store is always neat and tidy its visual enough to customers to make them shop with smile.l go extramille l go open new stores and l go fix another stores when it comes to merchandising they call me becouse they know am the best for the company.like working with my coleques couse we a team and we mak it work at the end of the day.
