I have learned a lot especially learning with people and being able to resolve their issues

The first thing I always do is to wakeup with enthusiasm and encourage myself to make a difference to my colleagues and being a good mediator for the company and the customers, i have learnt that learning is an everyday thing , I enjoy making a difference in persons lives and the most challenging thing about being a debt collector you get difficult customers and you must learn to control your emotions and don't take rudeness of customers too personal

Pros: the only opportunities is to become a supervisor
Cons: long working hours with no tea time

fast learner, communication skills and hard worker.

it feels so good but challenging to work for my company. pinching customers and tell them what our company offers made me gain communication skills, which easily helps me a lot to communicate with all kinds of people. I have learned to work with different kinds of people, share ideas and cooperate. I enjoy to do this job because we have some fun sometimes, travel, and go to different places. the most challenging part is to get certain target for new accounts to be opened.

Pros: great opportunity for marketing.
Cons: long working hours and work on weekends.

I learned how to communicate with customers and how to assist them in different queries.

This job taught me alot about taking care of customers. My colleagues and I were working together if there's something that I don't or forgot how to do it I'll ask them they'll help me out we work as a team,typical day would be that there will be alot of customers who are aggressive at the working place. I have learned to merchandise,solve qustomers queries, dressing up the customer and doing a morning work. what I enjoyed doing most was dealing with customers,house keeping and merchandising . Challenges I face at work is dealing with difficult furious customers.

Excellent customer service,excellent communication skills

I have strong knowledge in Microsoft office Packages and I am very interested in Web designing and development. I am positively sure that I have a lot to offer to your institution. I am highly skilled in providing administrative support to make sure that office operations are running in an effective advanced and perfect manner.Well versed in typing letters, reports and documents, maintaining office files, distributing mail, taking minutes of meetings and organising repairs and usage to office equipment. Track record of maintaining confidential records and files in a timely manner. Adapt at preparation of official documents, planning of meetings and prepare agendas, responding to phone calls and directing calls to appropriate employees. I have excelled in highly dynamic and energetic environments, Have the enthusiasm and ambition to succeed, and have good communication and listening skills, I always dedicate myself to whatever task given and I always meet deadlines.

Good learning curve

I HAVE A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGUES. I HAVE LEARNT TO BE PATIENT AT ALL TIMES. I ENJOY HELPING CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE. CHALLENGES WILL ALWAYS BE THERE ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS BUT YOU MUST ALWAYS BE A PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT YOU DO IT HELPS

Be patient, firm to my staff, follow company policy and procedure

Have daily morning session with all staff (previous target), and plan for today target. Take every new account launch very seriously because its a competition in our area. Customer service it must be our priority and have training every Friday and dress code must be followed daily. Staff must have personal target for new account drive and reach sales target for the store if not they must come with a valid reason not to reach the target.

Pros: promote according to staff performance and stock loss.
Cons: any hour after 8 hours is over time.

I have worked with different companies such as platinum promoters and expanding brands .i have been a promoter almost 2years now because at truworths i work as a casual staff. I have a drivers license code 10 ,i'm stil studying Business management in Damelin durban city a,it my 2nd year and hopefully by next year i'l be doing my 3rd year. I jst want to grow in a big company learn alot of stuff and if i get employed is to make sure my work get recognized and also contribute my knowledge and skills and add growth in the business. I'm very a hard workin person and i can convince any person to buy any product and offer good customer service.
