Working with different people everyday gives me courage and boldness
working at truworth is good and working with customers has been a great experience and i enjoy working and am able to work under pressure as such therr is alot am learning at truworth how to work with customers and good treatment upon their preference i do what the manager' says i must do and i rely love my job with all my passion always early at work to ensure the great day of working i sometimes ork on the floor where in i help customers with great choosing of fusion i have a lot of experience on how you must treat your costumer and it has been a great experience indeed

Good coaching skills

Experience at truworths
Most intriguing part about this work is that you meet different customers with different attitude, attributes and values which teaches how to align yourself with every situation you get into without insulting or making them feel unwelcomed. Every company has its own purpose and that makes it unique, to be one of its kind. Its strategy and way of doing things should be aligned to how their day to day operations go as well as their purpose,at truworths we have laerned that making a customer feel welcomed and making sure they exit the store with a smile is our priority.

Excellent learner
I would say that a typical working day is always stressful....due to the working environment...my collueges are just not team workers, especially the main people which is the manager, the supervisor and the visual merchandiser.ive really learn a lot from working at this company because i started working fresh out of school, so i had no experience at all. I reallly do enjoy merchandising especially in earthchild and ltd kids.i also enjoy working with different customers and i love helping thrm most of all...the most challenging aspects is working at the servicr desk, due to my ability having to know how to deal with difficult customers especially.

Superb learning
Truworths it's a very good big company through out the world anyone could wish to work for,however there are lot of challenges and great experience, Relationship at my company with co-worker it is not good at all,though I have learnt so much e.g leadership,,good impression towards my stuff.

My Job Review
Im a store manager since 2008. Typical work day includes: safe check, procedures checks, stock counts, staff meeting unpacking and capturing stock, attending to emails from Head Office and Area Manager. I get along well with co-workers. I believe treat others the way you would like to be treated. I have learnt alot regarding retail, IR, administration and people interactions. I enjoy administration and training staff. The process of the stock counts are challenging.

Excellent learning
I always calm down in every situation, working on a retail is not easy but I always humble my self and try to treat all the situations in a fair manner. I respect all my colleagues and able to learn and share. Am a team worker that's what I've learned most and multitasking. I enjoy making the customer happy, I love solving problems. The most challenging is long hours of standing.

Great learning experience
My days are always different from the other days, I get to deal with different customers each day and sometimes it's the same customers but still it's always different and has it own challenges. My colleagues and I are like one big happy team and family, we may have our differences at some point but we respect and appreciate each other and we truly believe in communication. I have the most beautiful team anyone could ever ask for. During the time I have served as a Sales Consultant I have really learnt how to be patient, not to take things into heart especially with angry customers, I am more alert, energetic, excellent communication skills, how to build good relationships with customers and I have learnt how to multitask. I really get motivated and pleased when I get to put a smile on my customer's face in any situation, my customers are always my first priority. The challenges are always there but what hits me the most is rejection.

Good experience and team work
I have a lot of experience and also learned so very much about team building and getting to multitask in different departments with in 7 working hours of the business, I have learned onbhow to respect time to get to work and even knock off time unless there was extra time given,the relationship we have here its the best especially with the merchandisers because its with them that we interact the most because they come to us to fetch the stock to the sales floor, then the most challenging time its during pick trade where by we would receive too much stock an we have a little space with a lot of stock in the stockroom, but due to our experience we would come up with a solution of coming in early for work but that is after we made an agreement with the manager,I enjoy how we all have to participate in everything so that we get our jobs done and reach our target on daily bases
