Working for truworths was the best experience I've ever got,I got to learn how to deal with difficult customers, how to solve queries,how to do banking,how to merchandise,how to process sales,no to give the best customer service,how to help customer with his or hee journey in the shop ,how to increase sales and how to multi task.
Pros: When you work hard you get a reward.
Cons: Long working unpaid hours.

Learning how to deal with people from all walks of life
dealing with people, considering each individual has their own personality therefore at times you have consider them to accommodate their needs but also maintain your own morals and values

I like working with different people everyday because it gives you an opportunity to learn new thngs everyday. Be professional always an be able to handle bad situation.

Hard working
Admin duties, receive stock, cashier, dealing with customer requests, merchandise and everyone knew what to do good team spirit , there is no dall moment and we take our jobs seriously, people are there to help each other

Egger to learn new things
Its challenging but I like that challenge. Because sometimes we have to work under pressure. But that gives me the experience that I want I have a good relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging thing is to reserve and unpack boxes in a short time and whn we are short staff

Its truly an exceptional learning curve
We work as a team on a daily basis bringing forth customer service marketing and providing the best products. I have learnt to overcome many fears as well as becoming a confident person in this career. I've learnt to b strong and how to come up with ideas and solutions for any problem. I've also learnt the value of accuracy and determination. I enjoy the feeling of getting a job done and doing it in an organised manner as well as serving our customers with respect being friendly at all times. Our targets can be most challenging and at times the long hours as well as having to deal with difficult customer issues. But in the end we always come to a conclusion and a solution.

Excellent platform
it is a fun environment to work in, filled with dynamic individuals, enthusiastic and hard working, driven by targets we set daily. I have learned to work independently and among a team. I enjoy the motivational session we hold weekly. the most challenging aspect at work will be not getting hold of customers, that can some times be a set back because you don't get to the target you set yourself.

About my self
I started working at truworths 2014 being part of the company teach and guide me to be a good sales consultant ,I learn how to professional on work place be presentable as well, I more focus on the customer when they live my store I make sure they happy and comfortable in what decision they take.Giving me the chance your won't regret

To be an employee of truworths it's nice because i worked with a good manager who has undetstanding and like to push you to the next level and we had a good team with trust and respect

I learned that working as team is a key I most definitely like working with people around Deadline pressure Administration work Coming up with new ideas in the work place.
