Working on latest trends, meeting new people

As assistant manager, being a key holder punctuality is critical. Coming in the morning, start with daily administration followed by morning meeting to discuss daily duties. Before doors open, feedback on previous days KPIs and targets for the day is given. Doors open, store banking to be counted and done as quickly as possible, taken to bank is the next step. Open air fluid relationships with Co workers are essential as we deal with different customers that that need an easy environment to want to do business with the company
