I learned to work as a team and to work with all type of personalities

My relationship with my co_workers was excellent as we spend more of our time at work we have to be so customer can feel welcomed in store.I have learned to work with all type of personalities, to reach target,to open accounts,customer strategies,product knowledge(kpis).I enjoyed working with customers,canvassing,selling.the most challenging aspect of the job is when us as team work so hard and at the end they don't show appreciation or motivation so that you can work more harder

Excellent leadership

I have being with the company for a decade. I have also caretake stores for more than 6months,i excell in all technical product that is sold in the store,as i am regarded as a totalist.i am regarded as one of the good assests of the company,as am always help other managers out when they call me for help..

Pros: promotion takes long
Cons: too much work to do with less salary

Totalsports it's totally different from what it used to be as the manager lead by emotions

Totally a different place , there is lot of politics withen the store its self..... Staff being threatened by store manager ,we can't even escalate the matter to big bosses as she's the favorite

Pros: lots of opportunities
Cons: not being paid overtime instead they will be giving time offs

Good environment for growing

Theres a lot of pressure when it comes to meeting sales targets and opening accounts but overall that's something a person needs. People there are friendly so it becomes a good working environment.

Pros: Learning alot about patience
Cons: Working on weekends.

Excellent opportunity

Starting the day with a lot of energy cause it will eventually overview your day through out.Excellent positive energy from morning.so 4 hours of fully working phase till I go to lunch for an hour,then in the afternoon 3to4hours of being effective

Excellent association place

I enjoy working with my colleagues and dealing with different types of people it gives me a platform to show off my skills of communicating with different people on different levels but giving them the same respect. The are days where it feels like the people appreciate me more than management

Pros: Tha are opportunities of getting promosions but they are slim if your manager doesn't like you even if you deliver the expected results

Doing managers duties

iam dedicated to my job and iam honest and iam doing so many jobs inside da company as like being the manager,cleaner and a security and that is very challenging but the staff iam working with are very energetic and they working very hard to achieve or make store's turnover and i also treat the staff well and motivate them to do better and work with them because i believe in that if u are the manager you must lead by example

Excellent development

. I have good communication skills, I work well with others. I handle Learner admissions and data capturing. I also dealt with finances of the school. I assisted with leaves, capturing and submission.

Hard working and learning to grow

Always having new technology and product to learn, meeting different people in the workplace environment. Specialising in indoor and outdoor products for sports always assisting customers and my colleagues obout the specific product to use on that sports activity.
