Excellent company

I am in the Carletonville region. Totalsport is energy in a different way. You live, eat, think and breath a good feeling in the company. Totalsports is focusing on all human and not just the sport people. Everybody love a good feel feeling. I will say Totalsports is giving this to the staff and most of all to the people out there that lives for a dream come true. A typical work day is to make everybody happy in giving the customer what thy need. We did do promotions and marketing everyday to make our targets given by the company. The relationship in the store was great. Everybody took part in all events. Head office and the aria Manager was working very close white there allocated stores. What I great at home feeling. I enjoy motivating staff and reaching the set targets given to the store. I also like the visual part of the marketing. It is great to always have something new in the company. The most challenging aspects is making all people shop at Totalsport and not just the sport people.

Excellent leadership

It is good company,with great benefits.but the work that they demand is too much on what you earning,as a senoor staff hardly go to lunch as there is w lot to do during the cause of the day.most of the time feel like not being appreciated of what am doing,the working evaroment as a staff is good...

Excellent experience

It's a figures driven company that has hungry employees for success and so far I have paved my way through hard work from being a casual employee to a Store Manager. It took me 3 years to be a Manager and am still hungry for more new adventure or opportunities.

Growth

I have done my retail experience for the Past 5 years, I am responsible for doing customer service, till operator, housekeeping, merchendise, opening and closing of the store, receive, pack and acknowledge stock. I was once nominated top sales person in the region for the year 2013/2014. I am very ambitious and willing to grow wen I get the opportunity.

Currently studying generic management

I have learned that when you working with people lead by example, be passionate with what you do. Be a team player and be eager to learn. Adapt to fresh challenges quickly, motivate and encourage team members. Provide excellent service all the time and deliver results. I enjoy meeting the customer expectations and make them happy. Dealing with people and the work load i find them a bit challenging. Working at Ts is really awesome we have an opportunity to learn and grow, theres also an opportunity for career growth.
