Through training, experience and education I have acquired necessary skills and knowledge which will enable me to carry out tasks in Payroll and Human Resource Management. I am willing to learn new things to add to my experience and knowledge. Currently my passion is in the Payroll whereby due to company restructuring I was moved to payroll department where I am doing payments, importing of Hours, Days, Allowances, Increases all related payroll duties, an in house training was given to me & it took me a month to master the SAP

Daily duties and Challanges.
II do production checks, housekeeping, daily microbiological trends, scale verification and ensuring positive product release, the is always supportive when it comes to the individual tasks. The personnel at the plant does everything to ensure food safety, report any deviation that is noticable in th system and commited to enuring food safety, we sometimes can have misunderstanding the productiA on manager but the good communication makes it easy to work together. The duties require me to multi-task whcih it is a challenge that one can solve by ensuring that everything is up to date, the work load can be too much which requires me to sometimes work on weekneds.
Pros: The jobs enables me to gain more experience in the manufacturing field

I have been working as a payroll administrator for more than 17 years with different companies , I believe that my experience will add value to your company, I am a hard worker who meet his deadlines , I dont have a problem to work extra hours when required to do that, I also like to work as a team , to me communication is very important between me and my teamates

Excellent place to practically learn about sales and marketing
TigerBrands is a great company to work for. You get to learn a lot and it exposes you to different challenges that are very beneficial to employees. One problem is that opportunity for growth within the company is difficult and the employee benefits aren't good but besides that it's a great comfortable to work for.
