Excellent working experience

I work 6days week some days are more hectic than others I get along with my colleagues and my superiors I haven't received any warnings verbal or written for misbehaving. Costumer service is most important in my line of duty and discipline. When I meet mi targets. Dealing with difficult shop managers

Pros: we receive insight job trainings, we are rewarded for the most hard working temsams we have incentives

Learnt a lot working at tigerbrands good company

Working at tigerbrands was a good experience for me I worked in reception as well as in engineering clerk and storemen learnt about tools and machinery suppliers ,etc I also worked in the donation department where I met all different type of people also felt good seeing smiles on little and old people faces when they collected their donations I also worked in the staff shop where I did stock controller learnt how to balance stock I as well also organized school trips to our beacon factory where kids had the opportunity to see how chocolate and sweets where made Thank you

Excellent exposure, learning and have learned a lot

I manage mintenance department , dy to dayrunning of department, HR issues, planning maintenance, planning weekend work, and shutdown planning, budgeting and execution. i plan and organise shift support we are 3 shift system so there should be a minimum of 2 electricians per shift. i manage Small group activities, RCA, and feedback to unit manager. i manage maintenance budget and report any overspent or any focus. iwrite capex and capex support document.

Pros: i am in a biggest canning plant in Africa
Cons: no growth, maintenance coordinator is the last position one can hold after having being an artisan

Ecxalent opertunaty in FMCG

I start at 7:30 Mondays to Fridays first thing o check for querys on my email sort them out. Then I help the drivers with pallet requests. Then I start my in transit reports and cuptuering the doc from the ware house check for problems that might accure and send to the relevant people or sort out myself. When nessaery I hand out stationary, petty cash and order the staff refershments. Capture palletes on Porto polio and attent to any other qeurys that comes up during the day

Challenging and learning opportunities every day. Exposure to some other departments I work with.

First thing in the morning I go through my email to check if there is any urgent matter that needs to be attended immediately. Then interact with the team to understand the assistance they require from my side since most of them they are not office based and ensure that they get assistance. If they need equipment to be issued I attend to it as per their requirements. Once all that is done I go through all open projects to ensure that all that is needed is available. Follow up on all pending matters internally and externally. Challenging and learning opportunities every day. Exposure to some other departments I work with.

Hi I Joseph malepe worked as merchandiser

I worked tigerbrands for four years and i dedicated to my job , love it and enjoy it and i was Self motivated and time management skills. and i was worked as traveling merchandiser when I started to work for the company in 2014 when I was appointed as permanent.

Very industrious and hard working

we'll versed in electronics and elect motors ac/dc drives also plc siemens/allen bradley schnieder. Also can do cabling and panel wiring with breakdown and fault finding. Plus worked in sub station doing ppm and upgrades to switch gears

Pros: excellent in air conditioning and plc networking
Cons: stayed as a semi skilled artisan
