Very charismatic and sharp people
The staff members are always keen to help you. It's as if you're in one huge family; everyone takes care of each other, and they're very kind. Once they are on the phone, they are very sharp and can anticipates a customer's move. What I have learnt is that you must always be focused, building rapport with the customers and that the more one gets a "no", the closer you are to a "yes"

I have Administration experience as well as call center, I can work alone and I'm a team, goal driven and passionate about working with people, punctuality is of a high importance and well disciplined.

Good learning curve
direct sales promoting company with energetic staff members. also a great learning opportunity and cash making chance. However you still have to work hard and maintain a good accuracy rate. I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT DIRECT SALES AND PROMOTION

Learning curve
Working for the unlimited was a learning curve for me because it pushed me into dealing with clients over the phone rather than face to face and how to handle every situation they threw your way. It also helped me gain knowledge in the marketing industry. We follow strict procedures and strive to reach our daily goals planned for us.

I am an overachiever and I am interested in a long term relationship with a company where I can grow and excell. Excellent learning experience
I have been an employee of the unlimited for over 5 years (going and coming back in different sectors of the company). The reason why I leave is always the same, my body gets tired from all the long nights and sacrificing time with my family just to be able to live comfortably..... And my reason to come back is always the same too, they are the highest paying call center in Durban. They pay so well if you know why you are there and what you are doing. They make you want to succeed for your family.... But the long hours are not accommodating. Great company for people who are goal oriented and have been through a struggle, they offer a great support system and believe in thier employees achieving thier dreams.
Pros: You literally write your own pay check!
Cons: Long hours and weekends if you really want to make the money you need.
