its great working at the unlimited everyday is not the same i learn new things and develop and grow as a leader, the environment is fun and high pace. i have a great relationship with my collegues we are more like a family we are all about motivating and helping others to achieve their dreams and goals there is no time for negativity or gossip in the office. i mostly enjoy seeing other people become successful and it makes me happier knowing that i played a part in someone elses success, the hardest aspect of my job is letting go of people in my team. working at the unlimited has broken me out of my shell i have become a much more confident person who can now actually stand infront of a crowd and run a meeting.

Excellent skill set for sales foundation
A Sales environment which was target driven & performance based, with monthly sales quotas to achieve. All my challenges were faced with enthusiasm to achieve my goals in order to earn commission. I was consistently earning incentives overrides for making target and deadlines. This high pressure position offered a lot of growth to my sales and work ethics skills set. Achievements: > I qualified for the Sales Manual within 5 weeks of employment which contributed to my sales skill set which lead to my trainer promotion. Once I completed my trainer production, I qualified for the trainer manual and taught and trained new trainees thus duplicating the businesses trial and tested sales methods to maximise sales.

Great learning curve I developed myself too well
The company grew my character so well I discovered how. Much I am worth and ability of me running my own business it was amazing the people there were great no one was looked down upon at we all had the same amazing opportunity of a lifetime the promotional model made it easy to see how you grew as a person goal setting was essential and putting everything on paper it made you commit to whatever you put your mind too.

No basic salary
It was very exciting at first,until i got told when i can go to the bathroom and being looked after like a baby.The environment was great but waking up every single morning like you think you are going to school felt horrible.I am looking for a company that i can grow with and just earn a basic salary.I was working from 6am in the mornings to about 7pm at night and i am married tho so there is no social life.
Pros: great opportunity but no basic

Everything about me that is worth knowing.
I have applied for only one job at The Unlimited in Centurion. I left because it wasn't for me. I am currently looking for something stable enough for a student, that I can look forward to be doing. In the company I'd be working for, I picture a warm environment with kind co-workers who are attentive. I enjoy finding new things on computers, learning a lot about history via books etc. And mostly traveling and playing sports as well as socializing. The most challenging aspect for me in a job is to control my stress levels at high pace days and to be punctual on time, this is aspects I'd focus on the most to be willing and prove my dedication.
Pros: learning more than i already know, intercating in a company and enjoying the tasks.
Cons: getting used to the environment for a while, other than that its 100%

The Unlimited are strong believers in developing your inter personal skills by sending each staff on two courses gateway an genesis genesis The culture is very high pressure but friendly They always believe in win win thinking

Pressure based work environment
A typical day will start at 7:30am where we host a teaching and training sessions. This is where we get liaison between co workers. At 8:00am we get on the phones and start our day of direct sales time management is essential keeping k.I.p's and customer service delivery is essential. Reporting any sort of incidents with your upline data capturing . I've learnt to keep a focused mind make achievable weekly goals. Maintaining a professional relationship with my coworkers. I enjoy the energy from the people and the environment and seeing everyone target driven. Coworkers that are encouraging and supportive. I've gained interpersonal skills and I enjoy what we do as service providers. The most challenging aspects would be the sales part of it because it is pressure based.

Excellent learning curve
I day a work at the unlimited some days was amazing and other days would just won't what to end ...it's busy people are always chatting sounds like a bee hive most times. My people relations are good I have a great personality I get along with almost anyone and everyone that I come in contact with. I have learnt that patience is important in a work environment and having a good realtionship with other people is important and first impressions always lasts so the first one should always be the best one. I enjoyed my lunch breaks the most I won't lie . Most challenging was getting clients to listen to my pitch and having to get used of the system

Call center experience
It has a fun enviroment , is friendly and very positive . I like the way the day goes . It make me a very positive person and makes the enviroment also positive Working here is going to make you a very good and successful person because it gives you the oppertunity to grow your own bussiness and become your own owner .
