Not bad, the truth is I am just doing this to hear myself up before returning to Ops.
I was selected as one of Unlimited future leaders in just two months being at the firm. We went to a leadership conference where I contributed a lot on new management techniques meant to improve and influence and bring about results within the work place. It's a fun environment to work in. Not as fun as Ops. But still it's fun.
Pros: Amazing opportunity for growth.
Cons: It's OKay.

I want a new begining and stable income
I want to start a new beginning without stress about comission and hava a stable income and not stress about money.... I want to start asap but need to work 1 month before i can leave

Massive, positive shift in the way I view the Sales Industry as a collective.
The Unlimited environment is full of vibe, energy, people who are hungry to achieve their dreams and goals, and most importantly, a massive growth potential. We succeed on Team Work, and there's not a day where things are done diversified. We believe in one strong unity. I enjoyed the healthy challenges amongst the employees the most. It kept us all accountable and produced magnificent results! The most challenging aspect I had to gladly conquer, was that of patience. I used to believe everything should be achieved in my own time, even if it's not realistic or achievable. Basically I struggled heftily with Goal Setting and Daily Personal Development. I learnt that patience, setting smart, constructive goals, and always gathering knowledge is the key that opens not only doors for opportunities we've been long grinding for, but numerous fruitful doors with opportunities that one will enjoy exploring as long as hard work, integrity and discipline are exuded and/or mastered.
Pros: Great Growth Potential, and No Off Days.
Cons: Commission Based Only for those with hefty financial obligations.

Fun working place
Good people, good working environment. You learn to have a great telephonic conversation with customers as well as to listen to them so you are able to answer their concerns and questions correctly. Great time keeping skills.
Pros: Great opportunity to create a life for yourself
Cons: Not for single mothers, working hours don't fit in with the schedule of a child

Excellent learning curve
In my deepest darkest hour, lost everything, except my sanity, I found the Unlimited, they learned me new skills, selling, objecion handeling, and most important of all, the power of a positive attitude

Great learning environment
