Excellent learning curve, great exposure

a great experience for me as it was something new. i have always been on the phone in call center escalating complaints. this time around i was given the opportunity to handle and resolve customer complaints. working only on emails and on the phones when our assistance was needed.

Pros: great exposure
Cons: Long hours and no money

It is a very good company to work for as we deal with different customers everyday

Long working hours and salary was not enough also management there's a lot that I can say about it.Iarnt airtime learnt a it communication skills, to be a team player and handle stlong ress

Enjoy doing customer service ,gives me pleasure to solve problems to hear the customer satisfaction,my aim is first call resolution to avoid frustration.I love working amongst people in a team or individually as well

This has been an excellent learning curve and i enjoy helping clients

I am currently looking for greener pustures , i enjoy what i do that is helping clients but the only thing is time waits for no one so i need to make a mark for my self and be able to make something of my self. Thank you

Good learning curve

Nice environment but the management is not good at all, they treat people like dogs and expect good quality of work, they under pay people, always threaten to fire when you don't do as they please.

Excellent

- We were helping customers with their accounts ie blocking cards, sending statements, updating customers details, stock query, complaints. -We were a great team who wanted to give a great service. -Treat the cusomers the way you want to be treated in the end we are all customers -Resolving the customer's problems and making sure they are happy. -When the customer did not receive a great service or their problems had been resolved it is more challenging to other agents.

Pros: I have learnt a lot and it is a new skill and a great platform for me.
Cons: 9 hours

Good starting job

Tenacity Financial Services is a good place to start your career at. They do require a lot from you and it's a lot of pressure. Salary does not match the amount of work and hours that you have to put in.

Cons: Little salary for lots of work
