I enjoy my life at Tenacity

table of our actions and we are passionate about our job more specially as customer services agents. The environment that we work in is good, the management is not that bad at least they do what's best for them to keep their employees. We work 8 hours a day, we have 1 hour 10 mins breaks and we work different shifts as customer services agents. Team leader position I am still learning as it was promotion due to my kpi performance

I coach and guide agents to improve work standars, monitor time management, provide daily targets and monthly targets. Delicate work when its required. Provide daily and monthly stats. Administration work as to process overtime, explain new policies and procedures. Reprimand when its needed. I have good relationship with my agents

Challenging work enviroment

I am constantly resolving queries and making customers happy. I also resolve queries on social media platforms like Facebook and Hello Peter. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues as we all believe that our customers are very important in our business and we strive to keep them happy

Treating employees as adults and making sure that working environment is good , giving out incentives makes your Job even more interesting and it brings motivation to push yourself in the Job you are doing

Excellent numerical and development skills, strategic planning skills. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and proficient in the use of computer applications. Taking up new challenges and achieving corporate and educational goals in an enabling work environment.

In confirmation department Im good in doing proof of income

I am working in a Financial sector which has alot of pressure bt I manage to work under it because I become to love some other departments where I normally assists when we out of work like Confirmation department where we confirmed documents of the applicants.

Customer service expert

Fast paced environment, like working with my co-workers, they're very interesting. I've learned that not everyone(customers) are as educated and does not know what they sign up for when opening their accounts. Every day I learn something new. I enjoy working with people.

I'm working with my co-workers was amazing because we were able to wotk as team. I habe leant that working for collations it is not about collecting money only is about educating clients about the account what will happen if she or he is not keeping the account up to date
