LOKKING FOR PERMANENT WORK WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

This job is a contract position therefore looking for something permanent , saying that if I were to be offered a permanent position here I would definitely take it. This is an awesome company to work for , my colleagues are just so awesome

Fast paced working environment that encouraged growth as an individual and a worker.

Takealot.com is an online shopping website,making shopping one hundred times easier! However, what i found most challenging was having to explain to customers that their Christmas giftwould not be arriving in time. With the help of supportive leaders, i was able to thrive, whether it was during calls, email correspondence or checking up with the supplier/warehouse.

Pros: We were aware of sales prior to the public, good working hours, transport was given
Cons: Nightshift was later included in the contract

Excellent learning curve

I work in a call center that is small, there is no growth no bonus structure. I work along with my co-works and I have a great team. I personally feel that the company do not want employees to grow in the company. What I learned was to assist customer's online account with regards to purchasing items using a website. I enjoy helping customer's on navigating the website. The most challenging aspects are that when the customer's order is lost we have to do an investigation and a replacement order. The company is good to gain experience, not growth.

Excellent learning

I have experience in warehousing and logistics, which includes: making bookings for supplier deliveries, receiving and processing invoices, doing GRVs,admin, route planning and customer service, stock and pick controlling. I currently hold a Receiving clerk position. I take pride in the work that I do. My ability to embrace changes and challenges makes me a great asset as I am able to think

No good for a person who want to have a good future

picking is treated bad long working hours when the the work load is high When the is no work they send you home and that is affecting you pay. they don't appreciate. takealot.com has few permanent staff members . majority is agencies the are three different agencies at takealot.com and they don't rate the same amount but they are doing the same job

Achieving good leadership

The first day when I was starting to work at takealot.com ,I expected and of energy to be in the company.It was pick season the company was advertised on TV everyday so I was so happy to be a part of the team that serves the needs of the customers. I enjoy our work environment cause is more like a sports activities ,we wear snack cause we run to pick orders and pack it and shipped .I have become fast using my eyes and hands cause we work against time, I could say I'm an sportsman.
