I'm a hard work willing to learn
I was working with different codes every day learning new things abt admin oracles wms and abt rfscanner BT unfortunately I've been retrenched due to low orders this January .and honest in my CV the is no work experience for takealot.com .I will upgrade my CV as u call me for interview I will com with my original thanks

The typical work day involved assisting customers with queries We worked as a team we are all one unit I learnt how to deal with customer complaints in a pressuring environment Most challenging aspect was trying to resolve a customer while also making sure I stick to policies

Fast leaner and good at what I do.
Working for Takealot.com is very fun and as a returns Technician i learn everyday as we receive many different technical items. We learn everyday because the company sells everything that is technical , we get to see new items when they reach South Africa.
Pros: The is an opportunity for growth
Cons: We work 6 days a week, only get an off one day a week.

Improve productivity from picking and packing by 63%
My experience with Takealot is good I develop highest level of egency to ensure that we are meeting our daily SLA and also make sure that our unit economic is aline or below the Budget. Development department duties and responsibilities to ensure the progress is effective when prosseing all our customer orders.
Pros: The company is growing very fast and it bring a lot of suppliers and market place suppliers on board soo the opportunities is fast in the company

My Experience at Takealot.com
Excellent Learning Curve as it is my first time working in an Online Shopping Store, I am enjoying it. The culture is very welcoming and it is such a great environment. I get along with all my colleagues, I stay away from office politics and focus on my job.
