I am looking to better myself.
Working at takealot is pretty enjoyable, my typical day would be assisting walk-in customers to the best of my ability. As stated on my CV there are different parts to my job description at takealot, I will do some admin from time to time, move over to the returns department and assist that department. We have a few systems that I sometimes have to manage like our Queminder system, where I check customers profiles and inform the agents and back staff what's happening on the profile. I have a really good relationship with my co-workers, we get along really well. I also have a close work relationship with my manager as well as my two champions working under my manager. I have learned so much working at this online company, like learning how to handle different customers and different personalities, learning new systems, etc.
Pros: Assisting customers and meeting new people.
Cons: Low salary.

Very good place to learn and gain experience from
I really enjoy working here at Takealot.com, the staff is friendly and understanding, so is the management superiors. I learn a lot here on a daily basis. Every day its a new challenge that I look up to. I am willing to relocate immediately.

Challenging learning experience
i have enjoyed so far to have worked in this industry as it was bit challenging for at first but after a while i found my feet and i became one of the best agents delivery excellent service and striving for better and willing to learn and grow more hopefully attain a higher rank.
Pros: theres possible growth and if you are a hard worker and you good at what you do then thesky is the limit for you and it is great for someone who wants a career change or to diversifiy and its all about the customers knowing that customers comes first and we service them that without the customers this kind of business would not be alive and people would not be employed .so it is all about making peoples lives easier and at a conviniency.
Cons: long working hours definitely and overtimes and knowing that you have limited sitting home but the good side about that can save alot as you dont have time to spend money but most importantly being punctual and respecting the companies rules.

Great learning experience
This company mentioned is a great environment for any young individual to be part of. Company culture creates an enjoyable environment to work in and be part of. Work hours from Monday to Friday is 08:00 to 17:00, with possibilities to at times work overtime when there is a huge workload to be done or project seasons. I had a good relationship with all co-workers as I am a very interpersonal individual and loves to get along with everyone to not create a bad atmosphere within the work space as this may result in poor work ethic and morals. What I have learnt within my combined time there is that the eCommerce field is a much bigger field than what it seems online. There are many departments whose work all plays together in the end to create the perfect bigger picture that others see. Challenging aspects of the job is that it demanded a lot of attention and focus.

My Experience at Takealot.com
Excellent Learning Curve as it is my first time working in an Online Shopping Store, I am enjoying it. The culture is very welcoming and it is such a great environment. I get along with all my colleagues, I stay away from office politics and focus on my job.

Excellent learning curve, hardworking, willing to learn
Hi My daily duties at work basically consumes my whole day. I do troubleshooting as well as dealing with customer queries when our customer service team are unable to assist. I have been a operations coordinator at takealot before so i have some experience in that particular field.
