I'm more exposed to online retail
Talealot is one of the biggest online stores and they make life of shopping very easy,do shopping of anything you can think of and delivered in your door step on time. The staff is very friendly inside and outside. And we deal with customers direct.
Pros: Not much opportunities In driving dept.
Cons: The hours are normal.

Making door to door deliveries to customers. The challenge is being hijacked
The business is ais an online shopping it is a very good business for many people who are afraid of going to.the shops with the fear of contracting covid19 ess days

Plenty to learn, no flexibility,
Meetings with stakeholders, work with knowleadgable people who you can always ask questions. Pace of work is very fast that there is no time to learn anything else outside your scope

Good for work experience
My work is divided into two activities parcels deliveries and food order deliveries. In the morning you collect parcels and then you start to deliver, while delivering you have food orders coming in. Therefore my work requires a level of balance, level-headedness and a person that works well under pressure. You don’t really get to interact with co workers, as you are always on the road. I have learnt to multi task and and plan my days better.also having a positive attitude towards my days helped a lot. Your mind is your greatest weapon. I enjoy the pressure because proves that I am above the situation. I am always able to handle it. Also being patient working with people can be challenging.

Good relationship with the company
I'm hard working person passionate consistent with discipline.im also a great communicater willing to work flexible hours for fair amount.the reasons leaving takealot company is that they tried to hajack my car at Alberton

Flexible I enjoy getting tips
I would love to get a formal job saves some money and build feel like the challenge is when I have to deliver an order but the traffic is slowing me down my relationship with other worker's we are more like family we work aS a team and I have learned that even when the customer's get angry the most important my mother is to stay humble always respect your colleagues and customer's never get to take any negative emotions to work

Excellent learning curve
Enjoyed working with a dynamic team, and a great place to learn more about microservices and how to adopt new ways of testing them. The team is always keen on learning new things and new ideas from others and are always willing to listen. I like the flexibility of working from home when possible.

Excellent learning curve
In my line of work I used to collect Parcels and deliver to clients, I learnt alot from working a ls a delivery driver for takealot, but what I learned the most was communication skills and to never put things in heart because some customers don't show you respect

Unfamiliar but humbling experience
My day is about being responsible on the road ,obeying the rules, and ensuring my customer's are satisfied. We collect parcels early in the morning and start to deliver from 8:00, while we delivering we recieve food orders that need urgent attention and fast delivery. When in distress our team members intervene to make sure our clients still recieve great service and the relationships we create with security, restaurant staff and our clients that makes our job easy . I have learned to maintain a calm and respectful manner of dealing with our hysterical and sometimes rude clients. I enjoy seeing their welcoming and happy smiles when they're happy to see us. The most challenging part is not getting orders not meeting my personally set target and not having control of that.
