Excellent learning curve

It is an amazing experience obviously that comes with a price.Supporting live systems is a bit of a challenge but it helps you as an individual to learn to pay more attention to details ans be more cautious. I have grown my database and scripting skills enormously for the past year since joined Syntell. There are also other things i learnt to work as an individual and be accountable, work as a team, meet deadlines, how to prioritize based on the type of request received and many other things.

Pros: Nothing as such here
Cons: no bonuses no benefits, workload is too much we are short staffed

Great experience

Great experience , I have learned all my skills and experience from this company , we work as a unit and as a family . Very people friendly and always open to help. But no growth is happening for me and I feel ready for change

Excellent Team

I My greater achievements in my current role was moving from being an assisted management accounted assisting with bulk journal processing to obtaining my own business units to work on as management account. The finance department is highly professional environment multi-cultural and we work well together. My biggest challenge is reporting negative margins to general managers without breaking their enterprising spirit

Pros: I work with 5 Chartered Accountants and I am a Professional Accountant, we work well together and the team is highly professional

I have learned allot, the volume of work i handled taught me accuracy and accountability

My most challenging work day is month end, the volumes are extreme but i managed to pull through it taught me allot The staff i worked with were great! I am a peoples person and i get along with most people

Cons: long and short but if you love what you do you dont mind putting in the hours

Work Experience

I am a self-driven, motivated, organised and committed individual. My skills will lead to a successful outcome. I am bound to my given role and produce significantly to the best of my abilities. With a healthy communication skill my confidence in my position will bring out the best in the team. I have no limit to learning and I love challenges that feed my knowledge.

Startup career, Assisting technical team with daily duties

Assist traffic officials with camera setups, Being available on time to ensure camera alignment is accurate, I have learnt to manage time and communicate with different clients, Having to interact with different people, Always having to work longer hours every day and not have time for myself s an assistant to techncal team

Pros: Great opportunity to be doing something
Cons: Working abnormal hours with less pay

Fast learner, attention to detail and determined to reach goals and targets

My working day concludes of capturing data on our data base, adding locations and registrations. It includes targets and quality of documents. My relationship with my co workers are close and I enjoy meeting new employees that start. I have learnt dissapline and control. I enjoy having a target to reach which means I get to challenge myself. The most challenging aspects is not having any growth.

Great working place

Great working place. Great colleques.On a typical day you will be assigned random work to test., which make it challenging to plan for the day.Unexpected overtime andd over weekends.
