No room for improvement
No room for improvement, salary is too small, it's a contract, no communication between team leader and workers. We are not included to the functions like others teams. No bonus at the end of the year and no medical aid, treated different from others there are lot of other things happening

Devisity training
Had chance to go study devisity training, whereby I learn about respect and value other colleagues with the work environment. Also doing Business administration course through company . I m a person who is s goal better always climb my way to the top in order to achieve my goals

Great experience
Syntell is a good place. I loved working there. Very good place to be. The experience is one of a kind because you it's a very exclusive industry. I am happy to be a part of Syntell but they have lost the contract with the city of cape Town and I now need to move on.

Fast learner, attention to detail and determined to reach goals and targets
My working day concludes of capturing data on our data base, adding locations and registrations. It includes targets and quality of documents. My relationship with my co workers are close and I enjoy meeting new employees that start. I have learnt dissapline and control. I enjoy having a target to reach which means I get to challenge myself. The most challenging aspects is not having any growth.

Startup career, Assisting technical team with daily duties
Assist traffic officials with camera setups, Being available on time to ensure camera alignment is accurate, I have learnt to manage time and communicate with different clients, Having to interact with different people, Always having to work longer hours every day and not have time for myself s an assistant to techncal team

Good job
My review about working at Syntell lty pts The work I do at syntell is not as much as it used to be, I start at 7am everyday I extract traffic fines, issue on fts and then I upload the images to a database for it to be captured. I also work sometimes with the courier drivers that fetch work and I despatch the boxes and envelopes. Other times I help traffic officers that bring work in. I have an amazing relationship with my co-workers I always pitch in where I can if anybody needs assistance. We get along great because we all know we came to work for a reason. From the five years I've been at syntell I have worked in every department to gain more knowledge and experience so I've learnt many things. I enjoy learning new things everyday and interacting with others.

It's a great working environment, great experience and my co-workers are very great and helpful
It's a great working environment and I have great co-workers who are very friendly and helpful. My seniors are also nice people and approachable. I have learnt to be patient as I work with a lot of people with different personalities. I always look forward to going to the office because my co-workers make the working environment fun.

Work Experience
I am a self-driven, motivated, organised and committed individual. My skills will lead to a successful outcome. I am bound to my given role and produce significantly to the best of my abilities. With a healthy communication skill my confidence in my position will bring out the best in the team. I have no limit to learning and I love challenges that feed my knowledge.
