Good exposure to learn more about different people needs
I have a good working relations with my colleagues even though sometimes we get to have our own different issues based on personal life but we can put such aside and focus on our targets I have learned that i need to provide the best service averyday qhen at work so the production is provided to keep our clients happy I really enjoy seeing my clients happy and satisfied with the ecpectations as i go extra mile to make sure they satisfied with their needs The most challenging thing is when you dealing with a difficult client who expects the unexpected but its a good challeng as i get to know more about different people ang and get to see the alternative and Strategies to their satisfaction My topical days are when i need to do my daly task bt im limited in terms of equipments.

Experience gained
It was a good company to work for when I had first started people were friendly. Clients were valuable and also meant something to the company . But the company has not been so good in the later years

Learning curve
The product is for ever changing and one needs to always be up to date with the specials we run at the resorts and one must have a good relationship with coworkers as we spend most of the time at work even on weekends

High volume time driven results
The day starts early. Meetings take up a lot of time. Information is important to obtain results effectively. Being a team is most important and I enjoy meeting guests. I really don't like politics as this distracts from the objectives The most challenging part of my job is getting everyone to do the same task every day in the best way trained to them as humans we tend to change with the weather.

Always looking for a challenge
*Currently: VIP Ambassador for Sun International Time Square. The opportunity came where she took full advantage of, in being part of the opening team of Time Square casino, and yet again in being part of the opening team of the Time Square Maslow Hotel. She is also known as TK, TK is a strong individual who has leadership skills, she is a part of her Churches Youth Committee, have been part of our Church Choir, and taught Sunday School. I’m currently studying with UNISA- Bachelor in Education. I’m very young and always ready for a new challenge to build me and give more experience. My love for working with people will never end only mature, my wings a widely spread now I’m ready to fly!

Amazing place to work
Sun international was an amazing place to work ,meeting different type of people each and every day,nice ambiance,friendly people and guest,but the hourly work hours was so long.

Learning curve
Its was an excellent learning curve on a day to day basis something new is learned and depending on the shift for example morning is checking availability and additional information about it

Wwe work under pressure and we work 9 to 12 hours a day. e we have just one hour of rest. But mostly it busy so you dont see the hours . The company has lots of workers but our department is is still understaffed cause of people leaving to go better opportunities
