Opportunity to grow and help the organization archive its goals
I li earned to work with a team and do peri worked dushift for sun inin finance department and learned to work with a team, do performance appraisal, banking and paper work reconciliation. I enjoyed working with a team and learned a lot on how to deal with people of different cultures. Good exposure to learn more about different people needs
I have a good working relations with my colleagues even though sometimes we get to have our own different issues based on personal life but we can put such aside and focus on our targets I have learned that i need to provide the best service averyday qhen at work so the production is provided to keep our clients happy I really enjoy seeing my clients happy and satisfied with the ecpectations as i go extra mile to make sure they satisfied with their needs The most challenging thing is when you dealing with a difficult client who expects the unexpected but its a good challeng as i get to know more about different people ang and get to see the alternative and Strategies to their satisfaction My topical days are when i need to do my daly task bt im limited in terms of equipments.

Great Challenge
Currently I am a Guest Relations Officer at Cabanas Hotel in Sun City. Here I have learnt to work and interact with different types of people and personalities. Always putting the customers needs first and understanding that your main objective is to please the guest. Guest relations is a wonderful flield because i have mastered my people skills.

Good company to gain experience from.
Good company to work for. Economy impactsed on the company and it was forced to reduce people and unfortunately I happened to be one of them. Had an experience to work world wide and enjoyed working for a company who took good care of their employees Not leaving the company in a bad state and happy that I worked and gained experience from the company.

Experience gained
It was a good company to work for when I had first started people were friendly. Clients were valuable and also meant something to the company . But the company has not been so good in the later years

Learning curve
The product is for ever changing and one needs to always be up to date with the specials we run at the resorts and one must have a good relationship with coworkers as we spend most of the time at work even on weekends

High volume time driven results
The day starts early. Meetings take up a lot of time. Information is important to obtain results effectively. Being a team is most important and I enjoy meeting guests. I really don't like politics as this distracts from the objectives The most challenging part of my job is getting everyone to do the same task every day in the best way trained to them as humans we tend to change with the weather.

About me
I have enjoyed working at the boardwalk. I grew alot and learnt about the staff that works under me are wonderful and hard working. I believe it is just time for me to move on and graw some more as I have been here for 6 years. started as a commie chef and worked myself up to cdp then again worked my way up as sous chef running banqueting kitcken. I do love it but it is time to move on and grow. thank you
