my typical day is to brief, delegate, execute, do quality checks, hygiene supervision. Deal with customers and suppliers alike. I'm seen as the person to go to when having a problem or problems with the working environment. I have learnt that all people are different and to respect everyone so they can do to you. I enjoy days when we are busy and operations is smooth running after all that the planning I have put in and the team just roll with no hick ups. I take every day as a challenge and learn from it my job is challenge itself as I meet new people with new requirements daily and treat each and every one of them like is the first one.

Excellent training ground
Its a service industry. So Being on top of your game is key. A vast different guests comes to our hotel with different expectation. Hotel Accounting is very different, even though accounting is accounting. I enjoy having to deal with different activities that happens in the hotel.

Excellent learning curve
Allocation of dealers,hourly count down (to see if we are making money or loosing),solving disputes,verifying customers payouts. You are sometimes working with + or - 50 people on shift. Team leader and working together is a must even though at times. An excellent customer service is what i have learned and that comes naturally now.I enjoyed the vibe,the buzz and the feed back we get after giving our customers a thrilling experience of their lives.The challenging part was to do learn how to multitask between more that 2 things. Answering the phone,verifying payouts,punching in cash,solving a dispute all in the same time.
Pros: Meeting new people everyday.
Cons: Working long hours mostly weekends so no time for family.

Management skills not good
Lack of growth No management skills No acknowledgement of employees hard work and dedication. They don't take warnings seriously until it affects business.

Excellent learning curve
I have grown within the company from being a filing Clerk, to Legal Secretary to Executive Secretary. I have learnt a lot in all my positions & continue to learn. I give my best in all I do and love to learn and I'm a fast learner. The challenges I have faced being a Legal Secretary were numerous. One of the Paralegals resign and I was requested to act, I found a lot of errors that I reported & was told to mind my own & stick in my lane, everybody was happy with my job sending my manager emails stating how happy they were dealing with me & the turnaround time of work. When I applied for the job my CV was sidelined, I followed it up with HR & I was told that my CV was handed to her & I was the recommended for the job. When I got to Sun City I didn't know anything about Debtors but I had an excellent teacher who taught me a lot & I managed to collect 8 million in 9 month's & I continue to learn from her.

Good learning curve
Sun international is a good place of growth, I used to learn alot during my work days, I was a great team player, always making clients happy for a return customers it's what I learned the most. But we used to work long.

Excellent learning curve
I am 26 years young ambitious, Outgoing hard worker with the ability to adapt to change easily ,to learn , to listen and mostly communicate. I'm easy to approach as I'm very freindly and helpful, I love interacting with all kinds of people and work well in a team. I believe i have good leadership skills as I am organized and able to work unsupervised I never back away from a challenge as I will do anything in my will to finish what I started with a clean finish. Recently I finished my internship at Sun International Hotel Carnival City. I am now looking for the opportunity to within a well established company to grow as an Individual and to dedicate myself to my work as well as pride of it. I aim to work for a growing company that strives as it's best as I want to surround myself with only the best so that I am the best, to work in a structured an organized environment with planning team work an good principles as it will benefit me by building me as I grow in the company, I strive to build the company
