Wonderful learning and an eye opening experience
I found the tutorship job exciting as It gave me a chance to be called an employee. I felt under payed as I thought being a graduate opened doors for me and thought I was entitled to certain benefits until I understood that sometimes its about what you gain as a person and how you decide to look at the situation so I chose to be posite and grateful for the opportunity because at the end, I had nothing before I recieved the job and we all have to start somewhere. The relationship with co-workers was great as we were all students and it wasn't a competitive environment so we worked well together. I enjoyed presenting, assisting students because I was training myself to get used to public speaking while also educating them. What I considered to be the most challanging thing about the job was invigilating and preparing for the tutorials as I wasn't sure about what questions students were going to come up with and what I would do if I didn't know the answer.

Active and productively
It is a nice experience to meet new people everyday and able to understand each and every customers needs. I learned conflict management and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. In this field you must be active and productive. Basically we send emails ,faxing,scanning and typing Cvsb. Now l can be able to do data capturing,filling and able to work accurately and follow the sequence of each every day activities. Most of the challenging aspects is to deal with different emotions of customers every day, something times we don't work because of network problem we don't earn any commission. But most of work it was a fantastic experience.

Hard work pays
’m currently a student in the university of Johannesburg doing my final year of a Diploma in Accountancy and I must say working for big companies in SA , In Accounting and Auditing industry has been a great experience and a motivation to my career. I’m looking forward on furthering my studies to being a CA. The whole concept of Accounting and Auditing to me is fascinating... the presentations and interpretation of the financial statements can be very interesting , mostly when you have to ensure accuracy and relevance applying all Accounting fundamentals.

I’m still a student. This will be my first job. I’m just looking to accepted into the Accounting world and learning things practically. I’m willing to take up new change and the challenges it comes with. Whatever responsibilities the corporate world has I’m read to take it head on.

I have learned that experience can take you far and it can make you a better person.
Welcoming clients, taking them to my working station assisting them with policies, personal loans and consolidation. I had a good relationship with my colleague more like good team player. I have learned that passion and commitment you will never go wrong. Seeing an overstressed customer walking out with a smile. Having to deal with a rather challenging , customers and eventually get to help them.
Pros: Hard work were rewarded at all times
