Still studying
I am still studying, I have failed 2 of my subjects and and have re-registered them part time.I am an ambitious, team player, earger to learn and success driven person.

Bridging situation
The communication skills are high as u have to liaise with other departments on a daily routine. Our team has the best support and we work together. It's limited to only certain aspects and I would like to expand to more skills. Difficult days are on month ends as everyone wants to be attended too and customer service plays a big role.

Application for the position of Supervisor Accounts Receivable
Cynthia is a bright member of the team and consistently exceeds the expectations set. She has effectively adapted to change and worked under some extreme circumstances yet still performed at a exceptionally high level. She exhibits a positive attitude especially when dealing with such strict client deadlines. Cynthia shows strength and dedication in such a demanding role yet continually seeks out new responsibilities and goals. She is an active listener and is exceptional at time management, she demonstrates professionalism and a sense of calm. Cynthia provides quality work and is able to work independently but gels well with her co-workers. Cynthia could benefit from some further training with the organization.

Excellent organizational skills
It is very interesting to work for a finance company where accuracy is highly important because a mistake one could make could jeopardize everthing hence you have to produce excellent and accurate work at all times. I'm getting along very well with my co-workers as we need to create a concussive environment in order for us to produce excellent results. I'm enjoying each day at work

Excellent learning opportunity
I was shadowing IR (disciplinary hearings, PWP, retrenchment, CCMA for Conciliation), HR (skill development and employment equity) and Occupational Health and Safety. Take minutes during hearings, take minutes during meetings with clients, report back to head HR and LR consultant filing

Excellent learning curvet
The work entails ensuring the smooth demonstration of GIS and remote sensing practical. I ensure that tutors are well prepared for the sessions, the cover content as prescribed by lecturers. I liaise with lecturers, head of department,students and tutors to make sure that students are offered sufficient assistance in all necessary aspects. I also do basic statics to assess the student attendance. My tutoring experience has thought me how to lead people.

Hard work pays
’m currently a student in the university of Johannesburg doing my final year of a Diploma in Accountancy and I must say working for big companies in SA , In Accounting and Auditing industry has been a great experience and a motivation to my career. I’m looking forward on furthering my studies to being a CA. The whole concept of Accounting and Auditing to me is fascinating... the presentations and interpretation of the financial statements can be very interesting , mostly when you have to ensure accuracy and relevance applying all Accounting fundamentals.
