Great environment to gather experience
It was a great learning curve for m and the stuff members are friendly and welcoming to the new staff .the teach one on reaching the deadline and they willing to help where one is struggling.

Cynthia is a bright member of the team and consistently exceeds the expectations set. She has effectively adapted to change and worked under some extreme circumstances yet still performed at a exceptionally high level. She exhibits a positive attitude especially when dealing with such strict client deadlines. Cynthia shows strength and dedication in such a demanding role yet continually seeks out new responsibilities and goals. She is an active listener and is exceptional at time management, she demonstrates professionalism and a sense of calm. Cynthia provides quality work and is able to work independently but gels well with her co-workers. Cynthia could benefit from some further training with the organization.

Good learning and team work
Working as a team is a good thing at work in order to maximize profit and making a company successful like everything that I'd done to the company should be clearly and have the supporting documents for the report that be passed the staff members or to board of directors and the shareholders of the company as well. I have learned that experience can take you far and it can make you a better person.
Welcoming clients, taking them to my working station assisting them with policies, personal loans and consolidation. I had a good relationship with my colleague more like good team player. I have learned that passion and commitment you will never go wrong. Seeing an overstressed customer walking out with a smile. Having to deal with a rather challenging , customers and eventually get to help them.
