More challenging working enviroment.
I enjoy working at my company and I relate good with employees reporting directly and indirectly to me.I deal with IR related matters on a daily basis and always ensure that I resolve issues before they become IR risks. I am also engage with trade union on a daily basis and enjoy handling disciplinary hearings from the start to finish. The most challenging aspect of my job is when line managers are doing short cut when disciplining employees on site and have to challenge it at CCMA or CDR.
Pros: I am a hard worker and can adjust with any working enviroment

Learning Curve
Was great working at Stefstocks Mechanical, was more Africa based than Head Office but learned alot in the Last 2 years and 9 months. We worked long Hours on site 6 days a week and between a 10 to 16 hour day depending on what had to be done on site. We had awesome Teams and we worked like one with the Local people.On Site we where a family. We worked on a 3 month cycle and 11 days at home that was the only thing that wasn't nice caues you dont see your family that much .
Pros: Always something New to Learn
Cons: Long Hours and along time from home and family

Excellent growing company
Am a highly motivated, hardworking and career driven individual, who completed his National Diploma in Information Technology Programming in 2010. I am eager to learn new thing as they give me an opportunity to help me grow and learn, 4 years in SQL Querying and Data Reporting(BI) at Stefanutti Stocks

Excellant learning curve
Willing to help and support projects on a daily basis. Train and create systems and ensure systems are understood and managed. Assist estimators with new tenders. Provide assistance on tenders and any cost implications that may have a impact at project implementation. Audit projects on a monthly basis to ensure ISO and legal compliance are met. Willingness to deal with critical issues at anytime. Most biggest challenge was to think out of the box when challenging issues occure. Project sites can also be challenging but you are there to manage and provide assistance even training from scratch to have the procees flow. Most of enjoyable aspect was the assistance and training as well as the creativity to create a prosses/system that helps the person in need.
Pros: System implementation challenges on ISO 14001, training opertunities, co workers

Feels like home, but need to move
Although Ive only worked here a half day, I have been here a long time and watched the company change and merge through the good times and the bad. My switchboard is very busy, most often for agents wanting to confirm employment of our general labour or our suppliers looking for payment. I have dealt with a multitude of people on a day to day basis. From the international propety developer to the carpenter, bricklayer or student looking for a job. I have loved coming to work and getting my salary every month, dealing and seeing everyone, but the position has stagnated me, and hence me returning to study again in another field.
Pros: Getting a regular salary, working for a big company, being half day, having lovely co-workers
Cons: Having to deal with 'big company' politics, Not being able to grow in the company.

Challenging working environment , Working shifts from 6 to 4pm 8 days in and 4 days off,Good working relation with employees and union reps, i have learn a lot to work under pressure, i enjoy i lot during toolbox talks.

Excellent learning curve
learn a lot from Like any construction site, everyday has its own challenges and is hectic, the team you work with has a lot to do with the success of the day and your individual success. I am lucky to be working with this team as they inspire and help me grow. I have learnt a lot working for this company and I have been exposed to a lot of new stuff as people who in turn has also moulded and shaped me to become the person that I am today either by encouraging me or throwing me with challenges. I really enjoy the working environment and the people I work with. The most challenging aspect of this job is to reach the targets set by the management team, sometimes one cannot achieve his or her target due to certain circumstances but at the end of the day the job needs to get done and we all have to play our part.
Pros: Opportunity are available for promotion, you just need to work hard
Cons: Working beyond the normal work hours to get stuff done and meet targets

Excellent Learning Curve
I had a great experience working for this big construction company. I have learned so much about people and how an organisation operates. I have learned about teamwork and also taking responsibility on my own. I am studying part time Safety Management and would prefer a career in Occupational Health and Safety.
