Achieve target set by client

I work seven to five six days a week, at time we do work extended hours. Team builder and a good mentor is one of my strong/positive attributes. I do have a good working relationship with co-workers and build professional relationship with client. I enjoy auditing, conducting inspections in essence contractor management in a nutshell. The most challenging part is when there is an accident one need to be pro-active and lead, organize until injured person receive prompt medical treatment.

HR Director

I am currently employed as Business Unit Human Resources Director within Stefanutti Stocks Building with 8 regions reporting into my position from an HR functional point of view; 5 of them being within RSA and the remainder in Africa (SADC). Due to its regional footprint, the organization operates through a typical functional/line structure, as well as on a matrix basis. My current position requires me to be a well-rounded HR Generalist, with specialist experience in all of the HR functions. It's furthermore a very dynamic and diverse environment and I'm required to deal with employees and stakeholders at all levels. Being an innovative and solutions orientated person by nature, allows me to operate at optimal levels in a very challenging environment. I have learned very ealry in my career that to successful as an HR practioner, one needs to understand the business of business, as well as the business processes very well to make a constructive contribution, not only as HR, but as a business partner.

It was an amazing experience and excellent learning and skills developed experience

I'm a very hard worker and committed working woman and like to focus on many challenges that comes with the company and customer care service and my main goal is to improve and maintain the positive impact of the daily challenges and knowledge To care about customers and companies well being is responsibility and achieving the goals of the business is my best achievement and to my ability.

I joint Stefanutti Stocks in 1996 and worked my way up to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The best company i have ever worked for ,they look after their employees . They also reward good performance. There are challenges and we as a team on site brainstorm these challenges and resolve them. There are also a great relationship between management , clients and sub-contractors. The thing i enjoy most is to see a satisfied client with a in time and in budget. Also to meet our allowable s and profit margins. What i have learnt is that the harder you work the more successful you will become and it becomes easier to achieve goals.

Cons: None that i can think of although it is very challenging

My typical work day involved doing whatever it takes to get things done so that we safely meet our production targets, within cost and deliver quality product on time.

Good on formwork

I am doing formwork administrator and doing concrete as the junior foreman have my on team that I manager. Working on the program and deadline Is very important on construction. I did 3 job and 4th one that I am doing now I am willing to learn something new. I have National Diploma in Finance and Accounting( public ) current busy doing degree in financial accounting. I know how to save money for the company or controlling cost doing budgets for hiring material and buying with discounts.
