Good day I would like to express my interest in the above mentioned position. I believe that my experience and education will make me competitive candidate for this position. I am currently employed as Prestige and Private banking consultant at Standard Bank no.6 Simmons Street. I have been with the bank for 13 years and expertise in dealing with Credit Card, customer service, Current account queries, Africa queries, travel wallet and private banking queries. In all this time I have achieved a great deal of knowledge and understanding of what is expected of me.

I am a query management consultant , I provide service to staff members and also external vendors

My typical day at work , I am a jack of all trades around HR matters . Explaining and simplifying HR policies, providing guidance on processes , advising on turnaround time, providing general information around IT queries. I get along with my co-workers ,we respect each other. I enjoy the team connect sessions where we discuss the challenges and also come up with new ideas to resolve the issues Complex queries can be challenging and difficult customers who do not want to hear about processes and procedures.

Good Experience

Duties included data capturing, answering the switchboard, filing and process payment of utility tax invoices. Monitor and balance of General Ledger accounts daily. I worked on SAP Real Estate capturing Lease Agreements. Maintaining information, new, renewal, and cancellation of Lease Agreements on SAP IFRS. Timeous resolution of account queries, telephone and emails from Landlords and Managing Agents. Reconciliation of large accounts, and timeously resolving queries. Focused on Customer Service and good relations. I have working experience of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SAP.

I am looking for a job as a control room operator

Ensuring the safety of the bank assets and personnel controlling the movement of the staff and visitors in an out of the cash centre Monitoring of CCTV cameras Escorting contractors and visitors into cash restricted areas Enrolling visitors and issuing them visitors cards Using biometrics sytems

Pros: Been working at standard bank for past 14 years and its good company to work for with lot of opportunities , internal trainings

Learning average

Able to reach the daily target,work as a team and able to assist other co-workers if possible.Incentives galore to motivates the staff.Shifts were the most challenging aspects due to transport at night but it was nice since you have to be multi skilled.

I am a hard working individual, who achieves great standards at all times.

I ensure my targets are met daily. I am a self -starter that excels and a team player that works well with their peers. I am able to work under pressure and am self-driven. I have learnt to manage my time, as at anytime an urgent query may need to be resolved and I need to adhere to the turn around time. I love being in athe admin department, as it keeps me in my toes, as I when I get an unusaul query I need to think on my feet to resolve it.It can also be challenging at times, when other departments are not forth coming with information which might be requested to resolve a query.

Pros: There are flexiable working hours.
Cons: There is a slow career growth.

Obtained a lot of experience.

I have learnt how to manage and lead. How to handle pressure. Go to interact with customers and stakeholders. How to run a branch. How to handle queries and resolve them on time. You can not do it alone, we have to work as a team to reach our goals.

Pros: Great brand.
Cons: None at all.
