Adapt easily I'm new environment
Currently work as a quality engineer at standard Bank. My role is to make sure that quality is delivered at all times by means of extracting requirements, login stories and tasks on Jira also add the acceptance criteria on the stories after we as a team have prioritise and voted for.

Excellent learning curve
Im a well organised and hardworking young lady who work hard and so dedicated i have a great relation with my co-worker and i prefer working from 8 to 4 although i wouldn't mind working overtime if the work is too much and deadline purpose.i have learnt so many thing about cooperate world even how to associate with colleagues,i enjoy working in a team where we share ideas and divide work accordingly..

Standard Bank Corporate and Investment bank is a demanding environment for high performance individuals only. it is challenging, dynamic and a great place to learn to operate independently and delivery quality work.

My typical nine-hour day starts at 07:30 am where I only break for lunch around 13:00 pm. I manage 4 portfolios of which I have the busiest and time-consuming portfolios of the team I work with, namely, BDS (Branch Delivery Systems), Customer 1st, ATM's and Ciboodle. I have daily stand-ups with all my portfolios each morning which I run and provide assistance and guidance on the Incident Management process and governance and this is apart from the daily stand-ups I have my with, my immediate team.. I work with a really great team and have learned that working together as a unit makes your job that much easier. I enjoy my job, the people I work with, my line managers but most of all love working with different kinds of people. Every day is a new challenge because we face a different issue each day of which really excites me as each day is never the same.

Excellent learning curve for my career
I have been one of the most most important asset of my company and the experience I have with the company has been very helpful and I hope it will i have enjoyed most of my time in the company working every Saturdays with the hope of earning some additional overtime money. Pros: My wish was to work for the company for years to come it was just unfortunate it ended very soon.
Cons: Having worked many hours a day really was enjoyable but it has shown me that it by has its own challenges. The first one being to have a peaceful time to relax my body as to prepare myself for the next coming day.

Great exposure
MyOn a normal day, I action customer queries sent via email. Working tat the bank has taught me to be diligent, honest and pay attention to details. I have also learnt to seek assistant where I am not sure of how to handle a query, you seek second opinion. I have enjoyed working on the business account since that is where you get to analyze financials which has broaden my knowledge with business dealings. The most challenging aspect for me has been selling to customers. job has been intereting

Exceptional learning skills
It is such a great pleasure working at my company. Everyday is a new day with new challenges which constantly seek my resolution and helps me keep thinking about continuous improvements. Respect is one of our values and disputes are always resolved in an amicable way. I have learnt to be a recon expert and pay attention to everything I do. I enjoy interacting with different stakeholders and collaboration. The most challenging aspects putting extra hours in the week and some times on a weekend which has become a norm.

Learning average
Able to reach the daily target,work as a team and able to assist other co-workers if possible.Incentives galore to motivates the staff.Shifts were the most challenging aspects due to transport at night but it was nice since you have to be multi skilled.
