I'm Hard Working

A polite, well spoken and hardworking Operations Manager with experience of working in busy restaurants environments looking after needs of patrons. Attentive times with a willing and helpful manners that is required to answer phone , placing orders and liaising with suppliers and guest. Always approachable and possessing good observation skills as well as the ability to work alone or in a team. Keen to find a challenging position within an exciting employer where I'm able to increase my work experience and develop my abilities.

Great learning curve

Fast paced industry. Not for the faint hearted, but definitely fun and exciting. Requires constant interaction with people which is my favourite part, therefore a bond and relationship is necessary with colleagues. Interaction with people requires a certain adaptability which teaches flexibility. However as a waiter you rely on tips and your commission. Not having a salary is a challenge, it gives the edge to push one self. Hours can sometimes be long.

Pros: Great environment to learn about people
Cons: Long working hours and No salary
