The different people i get to meet everyday
Not much room for growth within the company. In such conglomerates managed by owners, prosperity instrife for success is a mute point. Its also something i wanted to do as an opportunity for a break between mu last real retail management job,but growth is zero to none chances

It was very busy restaurant chellenging and lots of pressure
I have learnt alot and knowing how to work as a team and how to deal with customers complaints and how to meet customers satisfaction it was very nice coz I was meeting new people everyday.i didn't love the job at first but wen time goes on I loved the job and I enjoyed it,the problem that I had with that job is that I was always at work I can't even attend a meer funeral I can't go to church,family gathering I ddnt like it at all

Alot of work covered by management
Work life is very busy, with management begin very active in everything. My relationship with my fellow mangers is great, and we work well as a unit A typical day involves staff management, customer overview and applease. In my time here I've learnt alot, grown in confidence and become my own man.

Working with people
Working at Spur was very enjoyable. I worked from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00, working there was extremely tiring because waiters are not allowed to sit down. My co-workers were always kind, helpful and encouraging. All the waiters liked me and always offered to help where I needed assistance and they always encouraged me to ask them if I'm not sure about my order or something. Working there I have learned to be patient with people and I have also learned to control my feelings and emotions. I learned to speak Afrikaans and improved my communication skills as well as selling skills and I also learned that people are not the same. I learned that it is very important to be clean and presentable when dealing with people and their food. I most certainly enjoyed working at Spur, I enjoyed meeting new people and interacting with different types of people every day . The only difficult aspect was dealing with rude or disrespectful customers.

Always willing to learn. There's always room for improvement.
I work well under pressure. Always look at each day as an opporttunity to learn. Keep a possitive atittude always, pay attention to detail. Am great team player. Keep room to improve myself. Time management is important to me.
Pros: Able to work with others or by my self, willing to learn new things.
Cons: Always willing to go that extra mile. Anything to get the job done and to have a positive out come.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day as a waitress includes serving customers, giving good customer service and making sure the customer leaves satisfied with the restaurant. Co-workers need to work well together and a lot of team work is involved. I've learnt how to work well with people and have a positive attitude towards customers. I really enjoy working with people and making sure everyone is satisfied with the service I give. The most vhallimgkng aspect of being a waitress is the long working hours and having to multi task and satisfy everyone's needs without making any mistakeshfhhhhhshhhzhzhzhzhzhz

Excellent
I write this letter in regards of my interest of the position as it was advertised on the newspaper. I'm currently not working but I just had a training and I have completed my training now I have my certificate. I'm more familiar with computer skills such as Microsoft office (excel, word and power point) and I'm also planing of furthering my studies in future. Great learning experience
We got to choose our own working hours and days flexible to our schedule. The management team was very helpful and it is a fair way of choosing new employees, tests and training. Share of tips by management was fair, pay sometimes fair. And sometimes not fair compared to the hours and days worked
