Its a nice place to work and i have learned alot in the years i have been there its just sad that i push myself to do better yet it goes unnoticed...i feel im worth more than the company knows and yet there is other individuals that have friends in higher places to help them get promoted over the people that actually put in the effort and have the knowledge and experience.

Excellent learning curve
Typocal working day is jist loke any other. I have learned a lot from the company. I enjoy the flexible working hours the most. The most challenging aspects of the job is the daily investigations into unsuccessful contracts. (Not sire if eligible as I cannot see what I have written. This part of the screen is blank)

My company was the first mining company i ever worked for, i have learned the mine working standards and procedures . i have improved my communication skills and learned the yellow machines for all the years i have be there, and was to denied the opportunity to learn and grow my skills.

Learning new things everyday, culture and people's behaviour
It is always good to work for a company that is eager to let you grow as an individual, allow career development. A well developed individual is like a well oiled machine and a happy EE is a productive EE. I'm one person who is so grounded, respectful and that alone helps me to have a great relationship with my colleagues and people in my class. I have learned that if you value someone opinions and give them floor to express themselves than you will have a safe and productive Team, and I enjoy working with other people and meeting targets. I hate shortcuts and people who takes shortcuts.

I am a quick learner and is flexible to work
Maintenance on Draglines, Shovels, Drills, WiFi and Radio equipment I have good people skills and get along with all different people no matter the race or sexuality I have 20 years of experience as a Millwright and 10 years of that is also as a Technician. In all the time I gained allot of experience that can value your company such as problem solving both in the industry and human relations. I have a very strong sense of fault finding and rectification. Also preventing breakdowns as I can think outside the box. It doesn’t matter how deep or high. I enjoy new challenges and solving problems

Dynamic work environment
Dynamic mid tier mining company. No day in the office is the same. Work in an open plan environment across multi disciplines (HSE) and assets (coal, manganese and aluminum). Great discussions and cooperation
