I need new challenges and differently work scenary

The real reason why you find people leave good jobs and great companies it not because of not being compensated enough or fairly, it is simply because of poor management tactics/systems. I believe a happy and well taken care of employee works more efficiently, safely and creates a healthy work environment.

Love challanges

I have been with South32 for more than 5 years, every year as an HR person I have learnt a lot especially in the past 2 years with the wage negotiations. The most challenging time was last years when we went through section 189 . The whole process taught me a lot as a person and added more exposure in my career.

Pros: To be an HR Manager
Cons: none , i love what i am doing and tend not to see the disadvantages

My application is looking for maintenance. controller, supervisor and planning.

Hillside is a very huge company that is benchmarking internationaly. The amount of experience received is very huge in different catergories. Hillside is a very safety sensertive company therefore safety is in blood of each and every employee. The CARE culture lead to very good relashinship among all levels of employees. When the job challegis the amount of training, chouching and support make any individual to have confidence in his or her job.

Pros: Promotion chances are there as long as you show interst and skills
Cons: Working standby and shift is the away to show committment in the compay.

Great start for my career

Managing a fleet of 9 machines on a four days shift cycle. Have a good working relationship with a crew of 12 people. My typical work includes conducting safety meetings at start of shift, discussing the daily line-up, delegating tasks to every team member, safe declarations of every area before the crew commence with any task, monitoring compliance to safety standards and managing changes to our daily work, monitoring performance and compliance to support systems, giving coaching on tasks, reporting and follow-up on breakdowns, recording and reporting production rates, etc. I have learnt to work with so many different teams and how to be a team player, effectively hold people accountable for their work, recognize good performance, effectively discipline my sub-ordinates, incorporate the technical aspects of my job into everyday work, effectively motivate a team.

- my company's values- Care, trust, exellence and togetherness. We live up to the values and it makes our working environment welcoming to be around. I work with vendors, stakeholders and internal staff. and challenges my interllectual capacity. I am given an opportunity to act on a senior role in the absence of my senior. I got a massive experience to go to Australia for the transition of a new team, inteenational exposure was one of the best and has played a pivotal role in mapping my future goals. It is very challenging to work with external people being our vendors however with the on going trainings and communication, it aligns us and brings positive outcomes. I am a bubbly person, enjoy being around people, love to learn from people, open to new adventure so my relationship with my colleagues is awesome. I am young, driven, smart and a risk taker because in life in order to it and perfect it, you got to move from your comfort zone and be the best that you can be.

Pros: Great exposure within the Supply field and enhances my communication skills with my problem solving skill.
Cons: Not having full control over the account however should anything go wrong, you need to solve and find a solution in order for the account to pay out.

Exellent Learning Curve

Assisted departmental supervisors and artisans to learn and understand 1 SAP maintenance system. (CAN Agent) Manged to act as a supervisor when supervisor was on Leave Managed to be productive in planning within six months during my acting as a planner. Assisted in closing finished work orders and contacting vendors to help close their finished work orders Developed artisan to be planners as well as a supervisor Assisted in master data, Building, Changing and deleting strategies Understanding the Master data design standards, Business rule
