A typical day at work would include that the daily plan is executed as per the monthly plan My relationship with co-workers is good. I work and liase daily with superintendents of each section to understand any risks to the plan and how to eliminate or mitigate them. I have learnt that planning is the most important process in a business. If the plan is correct, right and realistic, the plan would be executed easily I enjoy most in working on programs that assist with effective planning, allocation products correctly and stockpile management for customers The most challenging aspects of my job is the constantly changing environment

Busy work day , solving problems and designing and initiating projects
I have learnt how to deal with different people in the work place and i most enjoy working on various projects especially the most challenging ones . the disadvantage of working at my company is that you never get a promotion even of you have all the qualifications .
Pros: Good experience with projects
Cons: No promotions , no monthly bonuses , company dose not pay your medical aid nor give you housing substady

Keen learner
I am a good supportive person when it comes to my job. willing to learn from co-workers on a daily based. I am having a good relationship with fellow employees. I do enjoy to work as a team, that's where I learn and I do teach my fellows what I know if they don't know it. what challenges me at work is when my fellows are negative towards our job because it delays our job and production. I am happy if we do our job on time and safely.
Pros: oppotunities if they come, im happy for them as it bennefits me on my skills and development.
Cons: I do work long hours if im requested to do so, for the bennefit of the company to reach our target as well.

Quick adaptability and excellent learner
Target oriented, like to finish the work timely, never give up. Very friendly. I enjoy working with people, and I am a very good team player. Enjoy helping and teaching others. Most challenging aspects of the job is to deal with people who doesn't accept changes.

I learned a lot about automated sequences and equipments
i worked as a shift millwright i also do plant and equipment maintanance i have good communication skills i enjoy working with team and i do carry out a job alone the challeng in the job was a faultfinding but now i am an expect i keep fun and encouragement to my fellow workers and supiriors

I've learned a lot
It's a very good company but very far from home, so now i need to work around gauteng. They teach me a lot of things they took me for several trainings at their expense, but sometimes in life you have to face new challenges.

Opportunity to learn
My nr1 priority is to ensure accurate and timeous reporting. This is quite demanding and requires working under pressure and at a consistent tempo. During my time with the mine, I have had the privilege of moving between departments and projects frequently. This is mainly due to my approachable and helpful personality as well as my reporting skill set. I am able to work well with very little input from others, but enjoy the team setup I currently have. The most challenging aspect of my work is starting a new project from nothing, this is also the most enjoyable. I enjoy having to engage with people and identifying problem areas followed by problem solving.

You learn much as there's no much personnel
Day to day work is much as each artisan has to perform work alone without any assistance. You learn to be independent on your work. Relationship with coworkers is always good as there is no assistance you will at the time ask your coworkers to help you.
Pros: There is no promotion as there is no much training
