I'm new in the working industry and I enjoy my work. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and all is well. What I enjoy the most about my job is that you come across a new problem everyday and it's challenging everyday. It does need an analytical thinker.

I have experience to work as a broker j have been working for 3years as a broker.
We worked from 8 to5 day. Me and my co-workers we got along very well and we were working as a term to reach our monthly target but we also had our own targets per person. I have learnt to work and get along to work with other people and how to handle difficult clients.. working with people is what I enjoyed about my job.. clients who think they know more about the product then me from the I have to convince them and try to show them how it works but I always win them over.

Good Development
Typical work day is to look at the new trends on the market and how are they going to help to improve how we do things, Advice the company on the new innovations available that may benefit the organisation. Looking at the opportunities. The relationship i have with my team is good, I listen to their ideas and also help them into exploring and advice on how well to perform their activities or tasks. I've acquired communication skills, listening skills and leadership skills. I enjoy Business Architecture work lately, with the help of my business analysis background. the most challenging aspect of the job is telling the business that some of their requirements are not realistic and trying to convincing them, especially if their mind is made up

Great experience working as field technician
Based onsite technician and attend to calls as I receive them and I travel to other sites around KZN as well. relationship with coworkers is great but its professional. Learnt that working onsite is not the same as being remote technician the dynamics are different. Enjoy the travelling and different environments. Challenging part would be that because there's so many divisions between LAN and WAN staff sometimes just to solve a simple issue takes longer because of that.
