I have enclosed my CV for your information. I have a BSc Mining degree. Working there made me love team work a lot. I always assume leadership when ever the superiors are not around or when we are working night shift. I am a conscientious person that always pays great attention to detail. Started as a learner sampler and worked my way up to a superintendent mine planner

Work day starts at 05H30 and ends around 6pm. I get on well with co workers and am always looked at to help when needed. I learnt that not all people are as they seem. In other words you get management that talks behind your back no. Matter how hard you work for them. I love working with people and computer programs and learn very quickly.. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting all departments to work together and get time from each one to get the job done correctly. n needed

Excellent Learning

The jobis so iinteresting as i do it every day bcz i don't change the method of working,i always know what Iam going to do when i enter the work place.I have a good working relationship with my colleague and we do a lot of talking about the job before we start working.There is a lot of things i learned about the job,not to be careless, always leasning to the person who instruct what to do.The challenges is there bcz we must always think about Health and Safety to make sure we don't get injured and be protected all the time.

Working just to get salary

No opportunity for anyone to get promotion. Prospects for growing are limited in terms of their structure. The existing company's isn't allow parallel growth or specializing.

Great learning oppertunity

Good company to work for .Have lots of opportunities to develop yourself further. Have lots of opportunity to get the promotion you want if it is available

Goodbworker

I like to work and my work is always first and will even do something else what is not on the job description and will even used my own car to do the job

Pros: did done miners job blast and support the working area and have been in charge of 70 workers and did enjoy it are retrenched now
