Trained perfectly in the industry
Working for shoprite has taught me a lot,not to fear pressure because pressure turn rough stones to shinning diamonds. Being there every day and offering best customers services it's a major role to me and dealing with more than fourty employees is extremely amazing because you have to treat them the same make them feel special that makes it working as a team and with that you will fight shrinkage in a workplace.

Excellent learning curve
Good platform for hard workers, as they are rewarded with promotions. Long working hours for management, good pay and bonus when you reach your sales budget. Good employees to work around though staff members' salaries are so low,they must improve their them in order to enjoy longevity of their employees. Senior management(regional) not supportive of branch management. They are losing good managers because of their outdated management principles.

Excellent
I'm currently responsible for delivering training and development. I'm providing training, assessment and moderate poe.I am also conducting store visiting to the division. I train manager, regionals and general saff.

To be given a chance
When there is internal post you are interested in they criticise you than helping you to qualify or inform you where you need improvement. I have learn a lot when it comes to labour matters and relationship with staff is great I enjoy my work which is admin

Change of environment
I am the Branch operations Manager for Shoprite Checkers. I have hundreds of employees whom I manage, mentor and train. I enjoy working for the shoprite group, however I would enjoy a change of environment. The most challenging aspects of my job is the long work hours.
