I always talk to the security when I am early. Greet everyone that I am passing past and greet the lady at reception. Switch on my computer go make myself coffee and chat with employees at the kitchen. After that I open my emails and check how my day will go on my outlook calendar Pull out my daily report that I update on a daily basis. Take invoice that need to be captured to the consumable stores . Issue Purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders

Working at my company is very challenging as you have to learn new things as time goes by.
Working at my company is very challenging as you have to learn new things as time goes by. You're given an opportunity to work in different departments. Teamwork is a top priority but at the same time you've to be able to work under no supervision. I have enjoyed the opportunity of putting my ideas into practice.

Excellent learning curve
It is great company, you learn new things everyday. It gives opportunities to study anything related to the work environment in one of the well known universities like NMU. The working relationship between employees and employers is very exciting. Every month they choose the team of the month in various departments and make a braai and hand out shopping vouchers to each and every individual of the winning team
Pros: Great opportunities for promotion and study should you wish to further your studies
Cons: We working 8 hours shift, sometimes overtime should you be interested. It's not a must

I'm multi task person I'm willing to learn new things to explore my career
I'm inspector inspecting windshield according to the given specifications and make sure we provide good quality windshield to the customers,I'm SHE rep in my department making sure people are wearing proper PPE and they are working in a clean and safety environment.
Pros: Given a proper training
Cons: 8 hours more than that over time

Great learning opportunity
Shatterprufe offered me a great learning opportunity and experience where I worked I. Different .The first thing I do I make de it to work each day to do process checks and communicate with team leaders on the technical progress of that specific day to see if there are any issues that can be resolved

Excellent learning curve
Shatterprufe’s ensures the safety & well-being of their staff. A typical work day managing 5 departments is demanding but exciting. My relationship with co-workers are based on respect, openness and sharing knowledge. I impart ethical business conduct & cultivate a benchmark for quality & yields. I enjoy the opportunity to study. Shatterprufe has invested in me from operator to management level. A challenging is, I don’t deal well with dishonesty and laziness. Also to breakthrough into the male dominated, senior management level. Another challenge is to be afforded equal remuneration as my male colleagues on the same level.

Daily Routine
As an artisan in the automotive industry, i attend morning/startup meetings whereby we do change overs with previous shift employees, attend to breakdowns and maintenance on various machinery such as cnc's washing machines , furnaces,reverse osmosis systems, printing lines just to name a few. With the joint initiative of our team i feel we have accomplished great things wereby we have minimized so many negatives in our department and also learnt a lot from one another.All is challenging but together we can accomplish anything.

Great learning opportunity
ot the opportunity to be involved in various design Learning experience . I got the opportunity to be involved in various design experiment projects in order to improve process and production.i mostly in Learning experience . I got the opportunity to be involved in various design experiment projects in order to improve process and production.i mostly in experiment projects in order to improve process and production.i mostly worked in teams and I learned interpersonal skills and got the pleasure to work with the best team members.Every morning I would do process checks and assist the process specialist with spreadsheets,reports and glass developments.

Excellent learning curve
Typical 8 hour shift, sometimes we work overtime. Co-workers are nice, just that everyone is fighting over overtime cause there's salary is not much. But in overall, it's a good startup

Learning lot of things
I did learn lot of things like developing windscreen from scratch from cutting to bending process until final line .The problem is development issue they develop workers we just one job until retirement no promotion.The people that do lot job they little money we don't afford to buy houses and we don't qualify to get rdp.
Pros: No promotion,promotion get by certain people
Cons: We don't work long hours we just work for 8hrs
