Learn for none appreciation
Morals are down.you won't be appreciated for the work done.people were shot while on strike. It is heart breaking. I love my relationship with my co workers and my team leader, the rest is history.

Willingness to learn new skills, travel and relocate if needs be.
As a buyer, I meet with different people from different levels. I enjoy that the most because I get to interact with different people and therefore learn different behaviours and personalities.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth especially for people who have just started the careers.

Excellent experiential exposure
The working environment is one in which i feel free to express myself, colleagues turned to be friends within the first few month. however the quality and integrity of the teams work remained intact. Everyone whom i shared the office with, were always keen to help should there be any un-clarity or difficulties in projects at hand and everyone out the department would be as helpful most especially in times when i required information from other departments they were helpful. I had monthly progress meetings with my mentor which always concluded with words of encouragement followed by the departmental meeting where everyone participated and were given the opportunity to comment and raise their concerns.

Great place to learn
I work at ashatterprufe in the engoneering department, i work straight shift 7h00 to 16h30.a typical day at work involves fixing production pallets,fabricating small chutes,welding and assisting in break downs... i have learnt to deal with different people with different personalities and take responsibility as for my team they are always there to give a helping hand.the most challenging thing about working part of working at shatterprufe is keeping everybody happy since every shift has their own demands and at the same time the challenge pushes me to be better at my work and managing time for every job i do....
Pros: Good place to learn to work with different personalities and interact with them positively

Excellent learning curve
Dealing with co-workers at senior level who are mostly negative and always right, trying show them areas of improvement in their processes can be sometimes difficult. Audit results presented to them is a mission to sabotage his/her duties. Mostly defensive. Learned on transition from ISO 9001:2015 to IATF 16949:2016. Documentation( FMEA, Control plan, Work Instruction, Forms) are the things that i enjoy most and also auditing(Product) and process using Control plan and process approach(Turtle diagrams). I also feel proud as a junior assisting my superiors who are still new in the company for them to understand the processes, customer specific requirement, internal requirements and procedures.
Pros: No opportunities for promotion.
Cons: Excellent experience if you are willing to learn.

The company was great in terms of developing employees, although there is room for improvement, overall, it was a great experience. There are courses which can develop your skills and propel you for greater future.

Excellent learning curve an opportunity to exhibit what I'm capable of, doing the work independently and as well as a team member successfully. Senior management very unreachable from employer sin general and also within working environment.

Excellent learning curve
I always talk to the security when I am early. Greet everyone that I am passing past and greet the lady at reception. Switch on my computer go make myself coffee and chat with employees at the kitchen. After that I open my emails and check how my day will go on my outlook calendar Pull out my daily report that I update on a daily basis. Take invoice that need to be captured to the consumable stores . Issue Purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders

Working at my company is very challenging as you have to learn new things as time goes by.
Working at my company is very challenging as you have to learn new things as time goes by. You're given an opportunity to work in different departments. Teamwork is a top priority but at the same time you've to be able to work under no supervision. I have enjoyed the opportunity of putting my ideas into practice.
