i'm working as Site Supervisor i'm running the Parking including office duties, like doing the SPDM working with System, scanning and printing the posting sheet, and the Roster for the staff.

I have learned a lot like working with different people it's not easy but you learned

First thing we do in the morning we clean toilet other vaccume the office. Its was a challenge because clients do a lot of mess in the toilet, but some of them were very kind to us and they do respect our job.

Good in communication

Working working at servest really gives me the idea of how to keep your place clean all the times .we were may in the industry but we worked very good and hard to keep companymoreproductivity . We were in different town but we work as a team every time

I'm a very fast learner and always willing to study further if the chance is given

It's a huge company but with limited opportunities as far as growing.There is no challenges, you work and you go home no one is paying attention in your performance or behaviour.... you just work for payday of which it's the more reason I want out.I get bored easily if I'm not doing anything to grow me

Cons: I'm enjoying long hours as long there's a great results at the end
