Overall our team is a good team to work with, do have our less active members but good team non the less Company does have it's ups and downs but do provide a good range of services overall I enjoy doing risk analysis of new projects and compiling the Risk Assessments. I have learned much about the different business sectors Challenging part is that we are only a few safety persons in my division and to run safety on a national basis can be taxing at times.

We work good together as a team
we do our best to keep the company more productivity .team work leads us to best results . I learned alot to the company about hygiene and it's helped me on how to keep the working place clean all the times . our company is a large company that is divided into many categories but yet still we work good as a whole I'm a dedicated person who is willing to learn more about the industry and I'm good in working as a team and individually if needed .

I have been working in Security industry for fours years running being paid less with long hours of working without any promotion,only focused on employing untrained and fraudulent foreigners with fraudulent certificate all the time because of cheap labour market

Exelent oppertunity
Ive been working for servest last year branch in pretoria closed so i was retrenched.ive been in the hygiene cleaning chemical and equipment for 15 years and i love it.i was sales manager for 8 years selling hygiene cleaning chemicals,dispencers,paper towels,toilet paper hygiene solutions ,pest control deep cleaning al of hygiene trade.

Great experience
Working at Servest is a wonderful thing as it introduced me in many different organisation's live engineering, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and many more, also working with defferent charectors of employees that gained confidence in me and could rely on me on the deliverang OHS. Training OHS was also one great thing that employees enjoyed the way I presented especially in the language they understand better. The most challenging aspect was investigating incident and accident telephonic ally since employees were in Dbn. Risk assessment and creating SOP, toolbox talks, and procedure were other great exposure.

It is a junior position with little or no challenges
My current job offers me an opportunity to interact, coach and advise both co-workers and give strategic advise to the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital Trust members. This is a new entity with challenges pertaining to compliance to SANS and Dept. of Health Standards all which are preliminary conditions to grand operational license. The Hospital is a flagship in of the Continent and association with such a project is also a life-time achievement

Great opportunity for inexperienced workers.
TheIts a fast paced envi. Lots of energy to go around. Colleagues are extremely helpful and friendly, it's been an absolute joy to work with them. Unfortunately work hours are insane and there is hardly any room for growth in the company. nment is that 9g a high

New Exec management not aligned
Pros of working at Servest prior to August 2018.Previous CEO, CFO & COO. Exceptional leadership skills. I was mentored, supported and driven. Current Exec Management is condescending, no people skills, no leadership skills. Exec Management is not aligned. Constant power struggle amongst each other.
