Hard working

I work in a legal call centre as a legal advisor. What I mostly do is to provide legal advice telephonically,to clients. Provide updates on already reported matters and take new instructions on what clients require assistance in.

EI had the opportunity to work in various departments within the company, I was exposed to various aspects of the law and was given the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

i terat each day as it comes to me no hussels ,very bubbly person who is able to work with people ,very talented and able to work under pressure.as respect is a key to your working environment ,and teambuilding is very important to know each other very well,

Excellent work enviroment.

Work is challenging but fun to perform, Great work environment with supporting co-workers. Even though the management are not always supportive and they never care to listen to the employee's problems. There in no space to growth at all, its either you stay in the same position forever or move out.

Pros: free lunch sometimes
Cons: long hours and no overtime payed, aslo no space for growth
