Excellent culture

The place has a certain warmth about it. People are the Best to work with. Motivating environment. Self driven passionate individuals. However, the commission structure is not lucrative. They cut dialing time. Thus affect our commission.

It is good to work for that company but the money is less to work for

It is great to deal with clients but the company does not pay enough which is difficult to maintain personal expenses I enjoy working there as I like interacting with people and my colleague are very friendly people

I am a dedicated admitted attorney who is very passionate about the legal sphere of law. I am on o daily basis and I I give legal advise to at least 30 clients. I the legal advise can be with regards to my any type of legal matter which the client has a problem with.

Work from recetion to cashier department to claim department,am currently in legal call centre

have gain skills and attribute of working under strainer /pressing situation. putting more extra hour to gain positive result. further learn we have different decree of understanding and dealing with work issue and choose to be focus and be team player irrespective. what satisfy me most is addressing/ assisting client/Colleagues s need afterward appreciate

Hard working

I work in a legal call centre as a legal advisor. What I mostly do is to provide legal advice telephonically,to clients. Provide updates on already reported matters and take new instructions on what clients require assistance in.

Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

Learnt a lot from the short-term insurance, strong relationships with colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise with experts from various diversity. Hard working and professional environment for graduates to learn more without limitations and or restrictions. Fast pace working environment that enables one to be punctual with the executions and exercises of duties. Ability to interact and liase with clients, providing adequate legal advice to clients and render quality services to the clients, excellent customer service and well mannered and professionally organized.

Time management

-Answering calls -filling -faxing -capturing -providing stats report to manager I have a good working relationship with other workers I have learnt to manage time very well. helping others and solving queries. when I don't make target for the month I get stressed.

Pros: it is wonderful to work for scorpion because u are given opportunities to learn.
